Creating and attracting anything is possible ! <3
Lots of things are changing right now on every level new energies are being brought in and things are changing. We are getting ever closer to the next stages of our journeys. But some of us I don’t know how many mind you! Still aren’t happy with something! And that is perfectly normal. I personally am dealing with the physical side of my journey and have had many sett backs. But as soon as I have changed my mindset things have become massively easier.
I have written this to help anyone who reads it will their way into a change, they may be having trouble with. This is not a physical plan but it is my hopes with these techniques you can keep your motivation high allow any change you need into your life. I cannot stress enough that manifestation requires you to get up and make things happen whilst attracting them into your life.
The first step for me was transmuting all negativity from my being around this subject of change. Imagine filling yourself with a transmuting white light is a common way of doing it. Letting go of all fear you would not achieve your goals, cleansing your thought process’. (trying to think positively about your change and if you start getting demotivated quickly counter that with a positive thought about how easy it will be) && finally allowing yourself to accept this change as a part of your life. As something that would be easy and happen naturally for you.
Always allow yourself to imagine your change happening easily without complication. If your goal is quitting smoking imagine Cutting down and it being easy and enjoyable. Alow yourself to feel unburdened by the process, then imagine yourself stopping at one cigarette a day and always affirm its easy and enjoyable. Then eventually walking past someone smoking and not being bothered by it at all. And affirm that it was easy for you and how much you enjoy being free from smoking. Really believe yourself in this process it’s an important part of allowing your mind to focus on how much you will benefit rather than suffer. The same can be done for a new job just imagine the steps you need to get there (writing your CV, Interview, Call back) and reinforce how easy and natural they are. And how it will even be an enjoyable process.
These excersizes take all power away from your change they take the big or scariness away from it. They allow you to see it as a natural step rather then something that is going to be stressful and negative. It will also help keep you motivated by reminding you of the benefits of your change.
After doing this for a few weeks and reaping the benefits I began to realise it was time to take a step up to fully allow the change into my life during meditation these things came to me.
Becoming your change.
If you want to do something or anything like a new job, quitting smoking, loosing weight, running a marathon or even ascending. You must declare yourself a vessel for change. Weither this applies to a multidimensional or physical change. Affirm and declare it and anchor it down to the core of your being allow the change in and embrace it. Make a point of this change write it down speak it aloud whatever you do just feel it in your being. Affirm it -I am a vessel for my change. Now you’ve stated to the universe and yourself that you are a process of change.
Now think about what your change is if it to quit smoking think about your addiction to smoking and think of it as an movable thing that can flow out of your life just like you can throw away your rubbish you can throw away a desire to do something it just takes time. Think of all your challenges not as stagnant things but things that can be moved in and out of your life. If you want a new job know how easily you can allow that to flow into your life. Nothing is rigid and stuck in one place. You are in control of your life and everything is accessible or anything can be walked away from.
