“To him who loves much, much is forgiven” Ernest Holmes “The Science of Mind”


The bright day filled with such bounty of beauty; the smells and sounds of summer remind me that it is all God in expression. For this is a new season, a season of this Summer’s first day on this planet. I am part of this experience, part of it’s freshness and one with the one responsible for it.

As Spring leaves way to a new and glorious season she does so with compassion. As Summer takes the wand and begins her time on this planet she knows that she is not bound by precedence. What was the experience in the last year or the years before not need be repeated this Summer. So, what I declare is that the hot miserable summers of seasons long past are forgiven; and a new experience is allowed for a more milder summer of cooler temperatures and breezes.

As the planet forgives aggressive behaviors towards her in the past , so I forgive any and all aggressive behaviors of resentment or anger by me or towards me. I know that holding resentment only hurts the oneself. It does not hurt or bother the one resented or the one not forgiven. Therefore, I turn away from this negative attitude and develop and attract compassion and love instead. This I know will only bring to me more love, more compassion. As I release the tight hold of resentment and the feelings of hurt, I allow my body to relax and to experience optimum health. I am an example of those around me. I teach that forgiveness replaces resentment and frees the body, soul and mind. So, I declare that anyone that I have not forgiven up until now is forgiven. I also know that any actions that I need forgiven for are also forgiven now. I am one with love.

In an attitude of gratefulness, I release and let go. And so it is.
