The incredible influxes of Light we have experienced so far in 2025 have quickened the vibratory rate within the Earthly Bodies of every person on this Planet. Every time this happens our I AM Presence has the opportunity to help the Divine Intelligence within our physical, etheric, mental and emotional Earthly Bodies to accelerate the Divine Alchemy that is Transfiguring our carbon-based bodies into 5^th-Dimensional Crystalline-based Solar Light Bodies. 

 

The Divine Intelligence that guides the physical functioning of our Earthly Bodies at a cellular level is known as our Body Elemental. Each of us also has a Silent Watcher.

 

At our inception the Mighty Elohim were directed by our Father-Mother God to assign each of us a Body Elemental and a Silent Watcher that would remain with us throughout our many Earthly sojourns. Our Silent Watcher is a beautiful Feminine Elemental Being who is responsible for holding the Immaculate Concept of the highest Divine Potential for our Earthly Bodies.

 

Whether or not you have been consciously aware of the Divine Alchemy taking place within your Earthly Bodies since 2012, it is NOW time for all of us to pay attention.

As One Breath, One Voice, One Heartbeat, and One Energy, Vibration, and Consciousness of Pure Divine Love we now consciously BREATHE with every Breath we take the most intensified frequencies of God’s 5^th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Light from the very Core of Creation that we are capable of receiving at a cellular level.

I AM One with my Father-Mother God. I AM One with the Solar Logos from Suns beyond Suns. I AM One with my Elder Siblings from Galaxies beyond Galaxies. I AM One with the Legions of Light throughout the Heavenly Realms. And I AM One with all of the Beings of Light associated with the Elemental Kingdom, the Angelic Kingdom and Mother Earth.

Through the Divine Intervention of this collective Body of Light Beings, I now invoke from the very Core of Creation the most intensified frequencies of the Twelve 5^th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Aspects of Deity that Humanity, Mother Earth, and all Life evolving upon her are capable of receiving during this Cosmic Moment.

 

Now, under the direction of our Father-Mother God and the Mighty Elohim, the 5th-Dimensional Directors of the Elements take their strategic positions in preparation for this life-transforming activity of Light.

 

Thor and Aries, the Directors of the Air Element and the Sylphs of the Air, take their positions at the cardinal point to the North.

 

Neptune and Lunara, the Directors of the Water Element and the Undines of the Water, take their positions at the cardinal point to the East.

 

Virgo and Pelleur, the Directors of the Earth Element and the Nature Spirits of the Earth, take their positions at the cardinal point to the South.

I first perceive my glorious 5^th-Dimensional Crystalline ETHERIC Solar Light Body. This vehicle is associated with the Air Element and is encoded with my full Divine Potential and my Divine Plan. 

 

When trapped on the Wheel of Karma, which Humanity inadvertently miscreated after our fall from Grace, we had little chance of experiencing vibrant health, eternal youth, or radiant beauty in our Earthly Bodies.

 

Now, however, my I AM Presence, my NEWLY ELEVATED 5th-Dimensional Silent Watcher and Body Elemental are taking command. The Wheel of Karma no longer exists.

 

The Ascending Spiral of Evolution and the Law of the Circle now reveal the Immaculate Concept of my Divine Plan and the perfection of my ETHERIC 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Light Body.

 

Within my Etheric Body my I AM Presence now declares to all obsolete karmic patterns, “Stand aside for the I AM Presence and the perfection of my 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Etheric Solar Light Body.”

 

With that command my mutated karmic patterns are instantaneously Transmuted into Light by the NEW 5th-Dimensional Solar Frequencies of the Violet Flame.

 

My Mother God, the Holy Spirit, now Baptizes my 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Etheric Solar Light Body with Sacred Fire. This blessing seals the frequencies of the 5th-Dimensional Air Element within the System of our Grand Central Sun in my Etheric Body and a scintillating forcefield of infinite perfection is formed.

My 5^th-Dimensional Crystalline EMOTIONAL Solar Light Body now comes into view. This vehicle is associated with the Water Element.

 

The Emotional Solar Light Body is the body through which the Love Nature of my Father-Mother God is expressed in the world of form. This is my most powerful vehicle. Eighty percent of my Life Force is released through my Emotional Body.

 

My I AM Presence, my NEWLY ELEVATED 5th-Dimensional Silent Watcher and Body Elemental step forth to take command of this vehicle.

 

As they do, the full Divine Momentum of my Father-Mother God’s Love begins to flow through my Heart Flame. The Love of God expands through my 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Emotional Solar Light Body and forms a Cosmic Forcefield of Comprehensive Divine Love that encompasses the entire Planet Earth.

 

This Forcefield of my Father-Mother God’s Comprehensive Divine Love intensifies the Love flowing through every person’s Heart Flame and expands each person’s 5th-Dimensional Solar Heart Flame to new breadths.

 

Divine Love reigns supreme through all Creation, and this activity of Light ensures that the patterns of perfection for the 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar New Earth are becoming a tangible reality.

 

Within this all-encompassing Forcefield of Comprehensive Divine Love, the last vestige of my human ego surrenders to my I AM Presence. Within the embrace of my I AM Presence my ego lets go of its resistance to my Divine Plan and its desire to block my Divine Potential as a Beloved Son or Daughter of God.

 

My ego dissolves into the Loving embrace of my I AM Presence where it is permanently Transfigured by the Love of my Father-Mother God. My ego is scientifically, psychologically, physiologically and spiritually Transfigured.

 

My I AM Presence now Breathes and absorbs the residue of my human ego into the fullness of my true God Reality and all aspects of my own Divinity.

 

My Mother God now Baptizes my most powerful 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Emotional Solar Light Body with Sacred Fire. Through this blessing my Feeling Nature becomes One with the Feeling Nature of God.

 

My Emotional world is now filled with God’s Infinite Love and all of the various aspects of God’s wondrous Comprehensive Divine Love.

 

Now my 5^th-Dimensional Crystalline PHYSICAL Solar Light Body comes to the fore. My Physical Body is associated with the Earth Element.

 

The limitless physical perfection of my I AM Presence is reflected in my magnificent 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Physical Solar Light Body. My I AM Presence, my NEWLY ELEVATED 5th-Dimensional Silent Watcher and Body Elemental take command of this vehicle.

 

My 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Physical Solar Light Body is composed of Crystalline Cells that are absorbing the Twelve 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Aspects of Deity from the Infinite Universe and assimilating this Crystalline Light into the atoms and molecules that form each cell in my Physical Body.

 

I AM my I AM Presence Breathing, absorbing, expanding and projecting the fullness of this Crystalline Light into my flesh vehicle. Every cell of my body is becoming a Crystalline Cell. This amazing influx of Light is generating unexplored levels of limitless Physical Perfection, Vibrant Health, Eternal Youth, Radiant Beauty and God’s Infinite Bliss.

 

My Physical Body will never again accept karma dictating the reality of its physical functioning or its appearance. The old purpose of the flesh vehicle which was to be the repository for karmic lessons that were never learned has been Transmuted forever.

 

My Mother God now Baptizes my 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Physical Solar Light Body with Sacred Fire. Through this blessing the infinite physical perfection of my I AM Presence is sealed in the cellular structures of my Physical Body.

 

My 5^th-Dimensional Crystalline MENTAL Solar Light Body now reveals itself to me. This vehicle is associated with the Fire Element.

 

My 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Mental Solar Light Body is One with the Divine Mind of God.

 

My I AM Presence, my NEWLY ELEVATED 5th-Dimensional Silent Watcher and Body Elemental take command of this vehicle, causing it to blaze like a great Sun of Light forming a halo around my head. As the halo of Light expands through my Mental Body, it encompasses all of my 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Light Bodies and I AM a radiant Sun of Infinite Light.

 

The Sacred Fire Breath of my Father-Mother God activates my Divine Mind. I clearly receive through my Intuitive Inner Guidance, Divine Thoughts, Ideas, Concepts, Imagination and all aspects of Divine Mind beyond Imagination.

 

All of these reflections of Divine Intelligence and Divine Mind are anchoring and reflecting into my Consciousness and my Superconscious Mind, my Conscious Mind, my Subconscious Mind and my Creative Faculties of Thought and Feeling.

 

Slowly but surely, I become aware of this process. It begins with a soft, effulgent Light filling my Mental Body. It leads me past the imagination of hopes and dreams of a future Divinity into the ever-present moment of Divine Enlightenment, Illumination, Christ Consciousness and Cosmic Wisdom, which all Ascended and Cosmic Beings enjoy right now.

 

All of the layers of human thought, conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind, that were derived from my human ego now slowly dissolve into this 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Light, thus setting up an entirely new Divine Process as I assimilate NEW information and higher patterns of perfection.

 

I now perceive everything as energy, vibration and consciousness, whether it is something in my daily life or coming to me from the multidimensional Realms of Illumined Truth. I watch for this in my meditations and in my Awakened life.

 

My Mother God now Baptizes my 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Mental Solar Light Body with Sacred Fire. Through this blessing the Divine Mind of God is sealed within my newly elevated Consciousness and perpetually reflects through my Mental Body.

 

I now KNOW that I AM my I AM Presence, and as a multidimensional Being of Light, I AM now abiding on the New 5th-Dimensional Solar Earth in my Etheric, Emotional, Physical and Mental 5^th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Light Bodies.

 

I accept this profound Truth, and I agree to stay focused on my Earthly Bodies while deeply enjoying the Divine Alchemy that is continually unfolding within them.

 

And so it is. Beloved I AM, Beloved I AM, Beloved I AM.

A Time Of Awakening By Emmanuel Dagher

 

With the six retrogrades this summer, the two eclipses we moved through in July, the August 11 eclipse coming up, and other celestial happenings going on, you’ve probably noticed that almost everything has been looking and feeling as if it’s been turned upside down.

In our immediate world, this is especially revealing itself in the areas of relationships, career, health, and personal development. 

On the global scene, we’re seeing a great deal of new information coming to light that is laying the foundation for changes that will be materializing in our world this fall.

As mentioned in last month’s forecast, everything and everyone not operating from a kind and genuine place are now being shaken to the core.

This shake up is offering all of us the opportunity to evolve, heal, and expand beyond anything we’ve ever experienced in this lifetime.

Our Spirit knew we could handle it, and that’s why we chose to be here during the most monumental time in humanity’s history.

This is the time we’ve been waiting for, when we as a collective move from a primitive state of being (war, separation, fear) to an awakened state of being (unity, compassion, peace).

This transition from a primitive to an awakened state of being may not necessarily look or feel the way we imagined it would. But we are nevertheless most definitely moving forward in this direction, at warp speed.

The Mind’s Reaction

When energies start to pick up momentum as powerfully as they have been, the mind tends to get extra-reactive, because it wants to survive and protect itself from the changes it knows are soon to follow.

The mind resists change, because it sees change as something that’s requiring it to give up what it’s always had.

Change is something the mind can greatly benefit from, and it will be on board with change once we let it know that it doesn’t have to give up anything it doesn’t want to give up.

What we are experiencing right now depends solely on where we choose to place our focus and attention.

If we are focusing on surface energies, we’ll probably find ourselves feeling fearful and stuck.

If we are focusing on what’s happening underneath the surface, that’s when deep and lasting healing begins to take place.

We have the opportunity to see many extremes now, both in our personal lives and on the global stage.

On a personal level, the highs may seem higher than ever one minute, and then all of a sudden we get triggered, and spiral into lows we thought we had overcome long ago.

The same thing is happening on the global stage as well. The thing about this intensity, is that it’s a precursor to the big changes that are unfolding now.

What is being asked of us right now is simply to become observers.

When we are able to step out of a reactive space—one where we’ve been triggered by our surroundings—and move into being an observer, we begin to see every experience as simply feedback, letting us know what we either do and do not resonate with.

Getting into observer mode immediately lessens the charge of whatever is causing our angst. From this space, when we do encounter extremes in our surroundings, it becomes much easier to remain centered and unbothered by it all.

As observers, we empower ourselves to remain centered through all situations (even challenging ones), so that we can fine-tune our knowing of what we do want to create more of.

Extreme situations no longer become as extreme when we watch as observers, because we are no longer allowing ourselves to get caught up in them.

Whenever you find that the mind is getting caught up in the details and stories of life that feel challenging, here’s a simple technique that can help:

1. Pause for a moment, and take three deep, full breaths.
2. Close your eyes.
3. Imagine yourself (your awareness) stepping out of your body, and see yourself sitting there with your eyes closed.
4. Just observe yourself for 1-3 minutes.
5. Bring your awareness back into your body. Start by focusing on the bottoms of your feet, and then move up the body to the palms of your hands, then your heart, then the top of your head.
6. Gently open your eyes.
7. Express gratitude to your Spirit self for reminding you to objectively “see” yourself.

This simple process immediately helps move us out of survival mode and into Conscious Creator mode.

You’ll probably even feel a release in the body and mind from any tension they were holding.

Doing this several times throughout the day will create space for deep healing, peace, and higher awareness to enter our experience.

The Awakening

Awakening can come in different forms, and mean different things at different times in our lives.

There are numerous teachings, viewpoints, and writings on this subject from many different spiritual and conscious communities.

An awakening is not so much a destination we eventually reach, as a way of being that results in our freedom to increasingly become more of our Spirit self.

Whenever a particular group or culture reaches a certain level of awareness, a ripe environment is created for an energetic opening. This is known as an open doorway or a “portal” we travel through to experience great shifts in consciousness.

The environment we are in right now has moved us fully into the space where the portals are clearly in front of us.

We are all being given the opportunity to move through this energetic opening now, in order to awaken and set ourselves free.

This opening never shows up outside ourselves.

It is not about being saved by an outside presence, person, or culture that is greater or more evolved than we are.

Some may still be in the place where they believe that awakening is a matter of being saved by something outside themselves, and that’s absolutely OK. There’s no right or wrong in anyone’s growth process, and there is always individual choice about how growth happens.

The bigger question is, Do we want our journey into awakening to be easier, or more challenging?

Each of us is exactly where we are meant to be right now. That portal leading us to a more awakened version of ourselves will not close before we are ready to move through it.

It will not leave you or anyone behind.

Each of us is simply moving at our own pace. There’s no judgment as to which pace is “the right one.” Every pace is perfect and Divine for whatever path of growth and expansion we are on.

The portal we’ve created is as close to us as our sacred breath.

Many who have stepped through it don’t even realize they’ve done so, until they reflect back to see how much they have shifted in the past few days, weeks, months, or years.

To find out if you have stepped into your awakening, simply think back to where you were six months or one, two, or five years ago. Also think about how the world was back then, and how it is now.

Is everything the same? Or has it changed in big ways?

Awakening Symptoms

With the immense amount of powerful light flowing into our planet every day, it’s important to honor our integration process.

Many of us have come to recognize the signs of these integrations as Awakening or Ascension Symptoms.

For those who may not be aware of what these symptoms are, the list below offers some clarity about what millions or people are experiencing right now.

If you are experiencing a physical or emotional symptom you are not sure about, always check with your holistic healthcare practitioner to make sure everything is OK.

If we do experience any of the following symptoms, it’s important to give ourselves permission to feel them rather than resist them. Feeling them allows us to move through them more easily, rather than continue to recreate them in our reality.

By feeling them, we will allow the integration process to move much more quickly, so we can get back to being our optimal selves again.

Awakening symptoms may show up physically as:

• Anxiety
• Change in appetite
• Weight gain or loss
• Memory loss
• Ringing in one ear
• Vertigo
• Feeling disoriented
• Pressure in third eye area or temples (almost like a headache)
• Muscle cramps
• Heightened senses and awareness
• Changes in sleep patterns
• Stomach aches
• Hot flashes
• Tiredness
• Being hungry all the time

Awakening symptoms may show up emotionally as:

• Emotional ups and downs
• Crying
• Anger
• Moodiness
• Irritability
• Bursts of laughter
• Worrying
• Depression
• Overanalyzing situations or events
• Lots of unexplained, unfocused physical energy

Whatever comes up for you, please take extra care of yourself now, knowing that all will pass as it is fully embraced, felt, and honored.

Asking For Help

Because many of us have been used to doing everything on our own, we may have some resistance to asking for help.

The Universe is always helping us, no matter what. The Universe sends help in many ways, whether it comes through people, circumstances, messages, or personal insights.

If we continue to place all the pressure solely on ourselves to take care of everything and everyone around us, we could be blocking ourselves from receiving help and support that can benefit us greatly.

If we would like a bit more help from the Universe, the only thing we need do is to simply to make that request.

When we place our request, the Universe will start presenting an abundance of opportunities for us to receive help and support that is aligned with our highest good.

How to Raise Your Vibration In A World Controlled by the Forces of Fear

 

A World Under control

 

We live in a world where fear, division, and suffering are maintained as dominant frequencies.

Behind political, economic, and social appearances, some speak of reptilian forces—symbolic or real—that feed on our low emotions to sustain their control.

These forces do not hold us with visible chains, but through invisible mechanisms:

• Constant fear (security, health, survival).

• Division (political, religious, identity).

• Emotional pain and traumatic memories.

• Reduction of our spiritual capacities (DNA limited to two active strands, limiting beliefs, forgetting our origin).

Thus, we become consenting slaves: trapped in conditionings, yet convinced that we are free.

 

And yet, vibrational ascension is possible. It begins with inner reconquest, the liberation of our frequency, and the awakening of our multidimensionality.

The Invisible Prison: Beliefs, DNA, and Cellular Memory

• Limiting Beliefs
  Education, religious dogmas, and social laws taught us that:

• We were small, dependent, powerless.

• Death was the end.

• Power always came from the outside.
  These beliefs cut us off from our sovereign essence and keep fear alive.
• Cellular Memory

Our cells carry traces of past traumas, both personal and collective (wars, massacres, oppression). These vibrational imprints form unconscious programs that replay endlessly.

• DNA Reduction
  Many traditions affirm that our original DNA carried 12 active strands, holding superior capacities (clairvoyance, telepathy, regeneration).
  Today, we only use a fraction of it, keeping humanity in a reduced state of survival.

These three locks make up the vibrational control system that keeps humans in low frequency.

 

Raising Your Vibration: The Art of Exiting the Matrix

 

Vibrational ascension is not an escape from the world but an inner reprogramming.
It is a conscious choice to stop feeding the matrix of fear and instead radiate a higher frequency.

Imagine reality as a multidimensional movie:

• The reptilians (or control forces) are the directors of a fear-based script.

• Humans are both actors and spectators, forgetting they can change their role.

• Raising your vibration means rewriting the script: moving from a survival movie to one of expansion.

You cannot turn off the projector of the matrix, but you can change the projection frequency.

 

Where they broadcast shadow, you can project light.

Morning Ritual (5 minutes)

• Stand with feet anchored to the ground, inhale deeply.

• Visualize a column of light descending from the sky into your heart.

• Say: “I am sovereign, I am free, I raise my vibration today.”
