Husband of Amy Abbott my loving wife of 13 years. (Who I still adore and cherish every moment.
I have 3 children My oldest son is 20 years old and soon to be a teacher.
Next there is Chase my other son who has decided to have a career in the gaming industry and the internet.
My daughter Clydille who is the apple of my eye I am truly blessed.
I am a Chi Kung Sifu and I practice the 4 step method of enlightenment.
I have been meditating for around 25 -30 years I started when I was about 15 years old.
