in writing this piece aimee it should give you a point of reference where you can let go ...it is indeed sad that these things happen ... in my understanding we are ruled by the planets ... some people have no idea why they do things like that ....what i am saying is they may have a dark planet in their chart and be living in a place where this dark planet is exacerbated ... not an excuse at all merely the way things be in 3d ... forgive yourself for the horrible thoughts of this occurence and bring Love back into that spot that is affected ...<3 HUGS <3 easy said and hard to do i understand <3 Love and Rainbow Healing Essence be with You

Hi aimee. Thank you for sharing this here, on this site. It is learning to incorporate spirit into our daily lives and events that we begin to learn how to live the highest truths, we choose to believe. 

I am sending you my love and deep compassion for you, your son and all involved. Often times being witness (near or far, via personal connection or news) to a tragic violent event, such as this touches us deeply in attempt to bring forth the questions of humanity and inner meaning. Having had a few similar experiences, it can be helpful to address our personal feelings (from your unique vantage point) and responses to what has happened, in order to understand our human connection.

Over the years, throughout experiences I've found that each person involved in such tragedy, is serving a purpose that we onlookers may never know. The balance and grand picture, often elude us from complete understanding. 

Explore what you feel specifically, as well as with your son. If it is fear of others' wrong doings, bodily harm or pain, talk with each other about it. Take comfort, that the 'victim' is no longer hurting and in fact it is only someone who suffers internally (in some way), that could commit such an act; focus on the humanity of all involved vs. the feelings of injustice. In the Grand scheme, justice is Always done and eventually all is balanced and well.

AyAnna has already mentioned most that immediately came to me when I was reading your blog - oh, I know exactly what you are talking about!

A few days ago I was watching a film about Africa and the children who are sent to war - and how difficult it is to deal with this situation without falling prey to the vicious circle of VIOLENCE ... and then connexion time came and I started to release the pain ... and then the boy in the film said to the man who had been doing so much for the children that NOW he was not to surrender his heart to darkness! That he needed to open his HEART and not fight - or else darkness would win - no matter the outcome ... because what really counts is LOVE and the amount of LOVE which we can bring down into our earth vessels ... and the releasing of my pain went on ... tears falling ... all the PAIN of the children AND their parents AND those who were forcing the children to arms due to their own traumatic experiences ... it all rose and I allowed it to FLOW through me ... 

When we RESONATE to certain topics - such as the murder and rape in your vicinity - we are given the chance to release FIRST of all our own pain - pain of having experienced similar tragedies in this AND / OR other life times ... this is where the first resonance comes from - and through this porcess of accepting our pain and anger and fear and RAGE and sadness as REAL - we are entering new levels where we are releasing all these feeelings not only for us - but for ALL who are dealing with this field of resonance ... THIS IS THE PROCESS OF HEALING!!! 

Healing is not an easy process - it involves ALL our faculties ... feelings, thoughts, emotions, AWARENESS ... touch, sound, smell AND vision ...

You are in the middle of a process of transmuting darkness, dearest aimee ... your post helps all of us who are reading it to get in touch with our deepest fears again ... they all need to come to LIGHT now!

Stretched Like Cosmic Handi-Wrap

As we are forced into new workings of time via the whims and wishes of others, a shift comes to our earthly light structure. We have known for some time that Time itself has been unraveling and is choosing to wrap itself in another direction. Oft times the selfish agenda of humans allows them entrance into something that is truly for their betterment. Like blind mice they search for explanations that can only be felt and never written.

As earth is issued more time to do what it could not get to in regular day, humanity is feeling stretched like handi-wrap. More and more demands are placed on an already unraveled world. Life demands your attention. The time equations and the linear-ness of your time expressions is about to shift in dimensional context.  What this is means to you is such.  You open up time equations that have been dormant up until now.  These are light filled numeric formulas of expansion.  Time is a 360 degree equation of change.  It can be approached from above, from below, from in between or from the past and the future.  Your capabilities are far surpassing what your Earthen imagination has taken to be expanded thinking.  You are opening up portals of self, portals of knowing, and portals of expression that you have never dreamt or that has ever been dreamt by anyone on your Earth could be experienced.

Coming in to your factual self is a dimensional shift as well.  The true spirit of you is multitudes of experience.  You are a multi-universal expression of unending light.  You look at your 3rd dimensional world and see such limited possibilities.  In the next few years you will be experiencing paramount knowledge. this knowledge in all of its exquisiteness and expansiveness is but a minuscule particle of what is available. 

You are now ready to receive as you have never received before.  The receiving will come in dreams and instantaneous knowings.  The receiving will come in encodings that have been long hidden in your DNA.  Every aspect of you, every cell, every hair, every iota is becoming a celestial event.  Every aspect of you walks into fullness.  And in that fullness, you will recognize that it is not enough and reach for even more.  You stretch yourself like cosmic handi-wrap trying to embrace what you know as God.  the God that you search for is within you and has been from the beginning.  The more God knows itself; the more God realizes that he/she does not know itself at all.  The Universe expands through you, for you, and to you; it is continually birthing itself into more just for you.  And yet that more is smart enough to realizes it is less, Which draws it into birthing more.   There is not an end to you.  There is not a beginning to you.  Existence just is! 

Each one of you is more than you can ever comprehend.  To find that remembrance within your system would be to explode your system from humanness and to re-emerge as what you were in the beginning.    The space in between the stars, the planets, is God calling himself back into a new beginning. 

Everyday you are challenged by your beliefs. Everyday you hold tightly to what seems to be reality.  Each time, each minute, each level of information that comes to you, challenges your sanity, challenges your very existence.  You each are continually downloaded and upgraded.  Many Truths are for your ears only your mind only, your heart only.  They may not fit your metaphysical belief system.  We are the Pleiades and we will go at this time.  Honor what comes your way.

Dear Aimee-    I want to thank you for sharing this with all of us here. I send you comfort and an ability to see the events from a compassionate, unconditionally loving, forgiving and accepting vantage point....

A friend gave me a wonderful process recently , to use on any difficult situations with other people. It involves grounding to the Earth, then bringing the energy back up to the heart. Then connecting to Source. Then back to the heart, and see pink light, green light and gold light (for love, healing and Christ energies)  Expand outward from the heart to a beautiful spot in the stars. From there, see the persons/situation in a bubble, seal it. Then flood it with unconditional love(see the bubble expand as you do this), unconditional forgiveness, and unconditional acceptance. Then put the bubble inside a larger orb and fill it again with all 3 unconditionals.  do this once a day and when your thoughts go to the situation , simply pump in more of the 3 unconditionals, seeing it expand.  

This process helped me shift a very scary situation with a roommate who was being verbally abusive to me, and my friend who shared it (she made it up from various sources) said it had radically shifted her relationship with her son.  

When you do something like this, YOU feel the wonderful energy, plus whoever you are thinking about for sure, feels it.       That said, I am looking forward to a new world where this isn't necessary!!!

I cannot think of a more Perfect place to share this, for this is a place of mutual Spiritual Understanding, and it is BECAUSE of this that the others who come here, may be equipped to assist you in becoming more adept at dealing with things of this nature, and letting them go.  As one who shares your Divine Gift of Empathy (though at times, I deeply understand it may not FEEL like a gift) in reading I FELT every word you wrote. Often, we may not understand the reasons for these horrific happenings, but, rest assured that ALL Heaven is aware of them, and has a Divine outcome for them. Some of the reasonings for them may be that mankind has 'Free Will', and on a Spiritual Level, perhaps two individuals had agreed together to go through them to balance karma, or to have that particular experience. To be Empathic, simply means that we are keenly intuitively aware. That we are capable of FEELING the emotions of others, as deeply as they themselves feel them (akin to 'walking in anothers shoes') and the greatest need we have as an Empath, is to become aware of this, and to learn how to deal with those experiences in an unattached way. To see, and understand, without becoming attached to the experiences. We learn to know if we feel anything other than Perfect Harmony that our Higher Mind is warning us of something we need to master in ourselves. Our goal is Mastery. To emulate the Christ within, as did the Master Jesus, and with understanding to use our gifts to uplift our Brothers and Sisters. To do anything else is to our own detriment. We are to be in the world, but NOT a part of it. In other words, to be aware of, but NOT personlly affected by those things in the outer.  The most important thing, and I cannot stress this strongly enough, is to practice Spiritually protecting ourselves. Not just once, but on a continual moment to moment basis. Then to promote awareness among those closest to us (our spouses, and children) and then others who come to us with the need for and desire to learn how to do the same. We are ALL interconnected, and are here to help each other in a Spiritual way.  If we are unbalanced we cannot do this.  I feel that you are someone who has been actively seeking to follow your own Spiritual path, and as such, having the Gift of Empathy, there is no time like the present NOW to cultivate and hone the ability to feel those experiences, and allow them to pass through you rather than to hold onto them. 

As for your son who suffers from night terrors, there are things that you can do to assist him in comquering them. If you would like, I AM here, and will do all I can to help you in any way. Let me know. Much Peace, Love, Light, and Understanding to you.  Anita

I shared your experience with my Friend, who suggested a slightly humorous way to help your son. In the movie 'The Good Witch', the Heroine of the story helps a little girl to deal with the same difficulty. Her advise was for the girl to tell herself all day long over and over, 'I will not dream of bunnies. I will not dream of bunnies. I willl not dream of bunnies.' Though a humorous approach, the Master Saint Germain advises that sometimes the best approach is a humorous one.

Hello Aimee it is so nice to hear from such a caring soul.  You have definitely come to the right place as the group of people here on this website are some of the most loving beings I have ever encountered.  My feeling in this is that  with so much darkness surrounding the poor souls of the mother  and daughter, you felt the need to share and to get as much light and love sent to them as possible.  Even though we don't know them personally each of our hearts aches out for them but does not diminish our light or love, it strengthens it as we come together.  If nothing else our prayers for them pay respect to the fact that they are souls that are a part of each of us that deserve more respect than their short lives here on earth gave them.  I know in my heart that they feel each thought and loving light that is sent their way, even if it is anonymously     On the other side of the coin,I must send light to their attackers, even though it is hard to do.  I pray that something somewhere reaches them for healing or removal from ever being able to harm another.  The ones that are capable of such acts must be in such pain and unfeeling in their hearts in order to commit such a horror on another human being.   I pray for them to be stopped.   I am not sure but did you mention if the young girl survived or not.  If she did maybe it would be nice to send her some kind words of support from all of us to let her know she is loved.  If you have any information from the victims advocate of your local District Attorney's office of how to reach out to her that would be great.  If she did not survive, then we will send her light and love during her transition   Blessings to you and your kind son and I hope that you both will find peace in this soon.  Thank you for sharing.  The world needs more and more loving people to stand up and show their loving hearts as you did.  God Bless you.

I would like to emphasise that we can use our connexion times to bring the transmuting light into all these places of darkness! Our ability to CHANGE the state of being is so much more powerful when we allow all connected feelings to RISE! And  in UNISON - that is during our connexion times - our lightwork is supported by ALL who simply connect with the pure intent to bring the Violet Light and Ray to where it is mostly NEEDED at a given time!

I have had several experiences as of late which have shown me that sometimes we work as channels, focussing the Violet Ray Power of our connexions - and at other times we serve to add to the energy through intent without actually knowing consciously in which ways we help - and then there are times when we simply get a GLIMPSE of what is happening ... like remote viewing ... sooo many different ways!

But PLEASE do not hesitate to work CONSCIOUSLY with the Violet Ray on a certain topic of your interest ... 

Another possibility is to work for YourSelf! YES - this is absolutely necessary and not to mistake for selfishness!!! On the contrary, when we use connexion times to work on personal issues - we release on a collective basis, too ...

I was given some insights into these happenings for quite some time now - I had been planning on broadcast messages, too - but never came around to really write them ... now I seem to have received a broader view of our work and the many, many possibilities in which we can choose to work ... When the time is right, these words will find their way into the in-boxes of all our members ... for now I simply had to sum up what has already been shown to me.

There is so much wisdom and kindness in this group!  I had the thought after posting earlier, that it is a great opportunity and service for us to send compassion and forgiveness to the attacker/s....as well as to the victims. I am sure the attacker/s were abused badly in some way, that is the only way a person can get to want to commit those kind of crimes, they are holding a lot of anger and rage and have no idea what to do with it. I really recommend the visualization I posted earlier that allows us to 'bombard' a person with unconditional love, unconditional forgiveness, and unconditional acceptance.

Just think what the world would be like if we all had that! We WILL get there, soon!!!  hugs to all, Faith

hi Aimee-   I didn't mean to imply that you hadn't addressed this topic.........it's just that it came to me that it is super important, more than we might know, for us to send these loving energies to people who act out----this can help them shift into kindness!!!!!    plus it helps our hearts feel good too, because we experience the energies as we are sending them out.  Given the way the world in general behaves toward criminals, (revenge! punishment!! make them suffer!!)  we would be in an important minority doing something very powerful.

and I know what you mean by saying you were centered in the sadness of the act and the feelings of the victims.......that is natural.  but very painful and at some point we decide to do something else...so not thinking is one thing to try (not very easy)   ....or any of the other suggestions offered here.  Peace to you....Faith

This is such a wonderful site and the wisdom shared by so many is indeed profound. We are not alone and we see our words and thoughts echoed by our friends here.

Many years ago when I lived in the Yucatan a young American woman on vacation was mysteriously killed and found near the shore naked and wraped in seaweed. At that time I was studying the Pathwork under the guidance of a gifted woman. We discussed this traumatic incident in one of our classes. Our teacher passed on to us something she had been gifted with a few years before. She said," nothing dies because it doesn't want to."

It is so true that those of us who are witness to horrific events do not have all the information which may be limitless. It is another time when we open our hearts, grieve as we invoke energies of transmutaion as co-creators of our magnificant dance in the great mystery.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this post, I have been feeling all these things and more, I am very sensitive, now I understand, don't feel quilty. Just fix it inside. It's ok to share, I believe we need that on occasion, but don't stop the growing that we need to do.

Oh, I feel so inspired by each of your comments ... when I read your reply, dear Faith, I realized that these are two possibilities of how to work:

Sometimes we are led to experience the giref, pain and sadness of the victim - in this we help to release these feelings through experiencing them as our own. Our whole being is then flooded by the impressions of the vicitm and NO rational explanation helps. All that is required then is to ALLOW the feelings to surface, ... the anguish, the desolation AND hopelessness ... in so doing we automatically bring the essence of out Being, which is LIGHT, into the whole situation - and TEARS release the traumatic shock which we experiencee through empathy - and most probably re-membrance, too.

On other occasions we get the nudge to work with the offender, the culprit. In most of the cases this work is not so dramatically emotional. We rather work on the mental plane, bringing understanding, HOPE and FORGIVENESS into the situation. We need, however, be careful not to use these tools like a weapon, directing the Violet Light towards this person to forcefully effect something ... LOVE flows FREELY ... and we are learning to simply BE ... be AWARE in a meditative state which allows for healing to flow forward to whereever it is most needed ...

I suppose there is no rule which tells us what to do in which case - only RESONANCE.

Resonance is the leading force - and we are bringin light not only into the situations we work with - but also ourSELF ...

Light ^ Love :  So beautiful, each flower has its fragrance and so each one of you expressed so beautifully.  Now imagine all expressions as one, emerging from one source and merging into all.  

Slowly but steadily with awareness get into feeling of oneness. Very slowly very slowly you will start associating yourself with all around in the feeling of oneness.  As you grow in this awareness, the door opens and you see there is no duality you are the Light in one n all n everything around ~ now you realise that each act/event/happenning is associated with you as individual and also as a particle of Light.  It dawns that we are all particles of Light (Energy of God).  All act takes us towards realising oneness and here we start manifesting unconditional love ~ Unconditional Love is the core of Light ~ and slowly slowly you experience acceptance and manifest more n more love.   

The entire creation has to transform to unconditional love ~ and all acts around us help us to move towards that in many many ways.  

Take your time but steadily move towards Unconditional Love ~ 

And SHARING, in all respect is the essential of Living on Mother Earth. 

Send you all tons and tons of Love with prayers of Abundance too.
