The following is an extremely brief overview of some animals and their reflective energies. I am a friend of Diana Bliss-Elfso. She invited me to read the information about the bird totems. I found it very informative and enjoyable. One reason is because I have the ability somehow to see what a person's totems are when I meet them. Because of my interest in totems I am half through writing a book about an American Indian maiden who receives insight into the totems when she is on a vision quest. Totems were very important to native peoples and I believe they still have a place in our lives today. I think it helps to turn our minds more toward nature and spiritual thinking which I feel is so needed today. My first book," Crystal Palaces and Golden Shores" was very much about lessons we could learn from nature. You have a very interesting and informative website and I am glad to have discovered it.
