And most importantly, that does not harm our brothers the animals that are living beings like us, neither more nor less than a stone, a tree or a star! Being vegetarian is a choice for life.
Humans are not carnivores by nature, the composure of our body indicates that we are not physically ready to eat meat (see table).
But then, why most people eat meat? Why did not anyone think of the suffering and dying animal to be killed?
We all follow the mandates of society without analyzing whether it is good for us or not. And unknowingly encourage the big business that continues to kill livestock and killing indiscriminately. It is also amazing to know that the cattle of the rich, eat, literally, the grains that could feed the poor countries. That is one of the major imbalances that exist in the world.
Another important aspect is to realize that the meat has been consumed in the body of a living being, who was raised and slaughtered to produce the food.
Most people who eat meat, they would stop if they themselves had to kill the animal they eat, or if you simply dare to visit a slaughterhouse.
Many of the very same Nobel prizes have become broadcasters and practitioners confessed that includes eating corpses, slowly damaging the digestive process in which energy metabolism lose most of the day, besides the large amount of toxins that loosens rotting flesh in our bodies, and added to that, the accumulation of animal fats as the main cause of morbidity and mortality, even on an issue not previously recognized, and now very popular, as the generation of multiple cancers.
From a spiritual standpoint, explains that the animal captured when it is being killed and who kills him, receives a power disruption that leads to violence, aggression, and a residual karma hard. And those who consume it, although he has not killed, captured a lesser extent, but inevitably the negative effects of the act of killing.
The slaughter industry is about a horror bordering that of a concentration camp in which they have killed millions of human beings. We are doing the same animal and what we think we can leave free of cruelty that seem to be socially acceptable?
The planet is crying out for change, compassion, common sense, compassion, respect for creation. Everything is turning against the man. What do siblings of an evolution seems to be inferior, but more noble lessons instinctive than humans?
It is interesting to recall that the great spiritual beings known history, were vegetarians, Jesus, Buddha, Sai Baba, Rama, Krishna, Moses, Zoroaster, Saint Germain, Confucius, Lao Tse, Amma and so many wise and genius that marked his time and that we will also mention in the next installment.
Dear brothers, we leave after this text, to reflect quietly, to see if we dare to be a little more human.
