Now, or course there are a few different ways to visualize. Usually when you take time to just visualize and not to talk, you see images in your mind just as you do when you talk. Now at times you might hold that image in your mind and focus on it or concentrate on it and at times you might see the image quickly, acknowledge it and let it go. There is one more way to visualize. The best way to visualize is by actually doing, participating in and actualizing what you are visualizing. So, let us take an example. Maybe you have ill health – something is not right with your body. You think, all right, I will use visualization to heal myself. So you sit and you close your eyes and you take a couple of nice, deep breaths, relax yourself and you begin to form an image of yourself in your mind. An image that is all about health, perfect health. No discomfort in your body at all. And you can create many different scenarios with and within that image to cause healing in your body. So you begin to focus, maybe, on a cloud of energy surrounding your body, settling into your body, going, having the energy going to the area of ill health. One thing you can do if you are using this method – see the area of ill health as being a blackened energy. Allow the cloud of energy, pure white, healing energy, to go to that area and see the color change from black to white. This is one good way to heal your body.

Now, the other way is, rather than to focus and concentrate, become the process, participate in your visualization. So, if you choose to sit, if you are having ill health as an example only, sit or stand and take a nice deep breath or two and relax your body. See in your mind, and feel at the same time, feel a cloud of energy surrounding your body – nice, white, glistening, pulsating, healing energy. Feel it and take your hands and move your hands around your body and feel the energy with your hands also. Feel the energy with your hands also. As you are doing that, take your hands and direct the energy with your hands to the area of your body that needs the healing. So, you will be literally channeling the energy, the healing energy through your hands to the afflicted area of or in your body. As you are doing that, then also see the blackened, ill energy, the energy that is out of balance, see it turning to white, to pure white, glistening, pulsating energy. And literally become the healing.
