Years ago, when I lay on my bed in so much pain I couldn’t move, I reached a point where I was no longer interested in a story of how pitiful I was, I was done. It was anger that propelled me into growth and healing.

When we say: No more, we are ready for more expansion, hope, ease and joy, because anger coupled with loving kindness and compassion, is an unstoppable force, creating growth and expansion.

Moving and breathing to release congestion of energy, the anger that may have become a story of blame and shame, now brings us into more balance.
