Friends,
When we are not Healthy then because of our low Energy level we can not and Should not try to heal others !
Charity Begins at Home so first heal the self and then Think of Others !
Every body is hungry for Love and so as a Light worker we should first heal with our Love, so send your Love and have more compassion who is in need of Healing !
Without Compassion also it's very very difficult to heal others !

But even in our imperfection we can help other persons in their Heiling Process by sending Love and Light and Healing prayers in their direction. As we are all ONE :-)

Yes, we can help but our condition should be better than the receiving person as the Energy follows thoughts and it will move from Higher to lower density !!
