We leave this text of Mahatma Gandhi on raw food, from "Gandhi: His proposals on Medicine, Health and Sexuality," "The diet of fruits were most convenient. Virtually no cooked anything since we ate, generally, were peanuts, bananas, dates, limes and olive oil.
In the five years I did this diet I never ever felt weak and sick. Also during that period my body operated at full capacity, so that one day I walked over 80 kilometers, as usual for me was 60 kilometers.
I argue strongly that the experiment had excellent spiritual results for me. I've always regretted having been forced to modify the diet of fruit and, if I was free of political concerns, even at this point in my life and the risk of my body back to her to explore his spiritual possibilities. "

Dearest maria ~ Yes! I Love this! Thank You! I find this to be true ~ I think the simpler and more raw as Mother Father have created the better for us!
