Bayer has been infected with AIDS drugs spreading throughout the world for decades.

Unearthed documents show that the drugmaker Bayer sold millions of dollars in intravenous clotting drugs - Factor VIII concentrate for hemophiliacs - to Asian, Latin American and some Europeans in the mid-80s, although known to contain the AIDS virus.

Bayer knew that the drug was infected and asked the FDA to keep it secret while earning profits infecting their patients.

If these accusations are valid, then Bayer and the FDA are responsible for this catastrophe.

FDA regulators helped to keep the continuity of sales, asking the company to "solve the problem quietly without alerting the Congress, the health community and the public," according transcended a meeting in 1985.
