I recieved this book from Humanity Healing.It is absolutely wonderful.It is quite long(like over 300 pages)but you can move throuh it daily or however you'd like to. The energy is amazing and there are SOOOO many attunments that help you to achieve Ascension and raise your vibration.Give it a look -then try it. Please let me know what you think!

Hey Angela

I have just looked through the 300 page attunement. It is immense. It is a mamouth undertaking. I'm deciding on which attunements to do.

Have you done some or all of the 300 page attunement. Do you have any recomendations on which attunements to consider.

This is partly the reason I was interested in an attunement called "The Continuation" as there are so many attunements to do you could spend a life time completing them.

I'm going to have to investigate the Continuation further as it is suppose to bring back to your self everything of high vibration that you have ever been. So they say it is now the only attunement needed.

I would be interested if any one else has any information on this.
