I Need Some Help

I am having great difficulty staying within myself.  I keep slightly astral projecting out of myself.  I also was hit about a month ago by a wave of negativity (not of my own, but of the world's).  This wave cracked my ribs from the inside.  (How do you explain THAT to a doctor?)  I know very little about Reiki, and since the only master around here is corrupt  (he tries to convince young girls that the only way to fix their energy problems is if he has sex with them.)

 

I have crystals all around my house and in the yard.  (the land here is full of them)  I just don't know where to begin with this or if I can even accomplish it on my own.  I am terribly blocked, locked in a battle with Apathy and have found no one in this dimension that is quite what I am.  I am the center point of balance in the great war of dark/light influence.  I am the light side and the side that happens to be in this dimension right now.  Because of that, I am susceptible to physical injury from great imbalance on the negative side.

 

I am in great need of healing right now as I feel and see something huge manifesting, I am just so blocked I cannot see it clearly.  I keep getting hit with waves of doubt and despair that cloud the vision.  Usually I can clear the sight, but this is so overwhelming and constant I am starting to become a bit lost and confused.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am healing and balancing.  December is a difficult month for me.  My birthdays are the 2nd and 3rd and this was the first one since my 15th birthday to be remembered at all.  (It was good)   My husband's late father's birthday was the 13th and it is always painful.  (I never got to meet him, but carry his memories)  The 24th was the 25th anniversary of my aunt's passing.  ( I am her namesake )  For some reason I cannot explain, this hit me especially hard this year and I spent most of Christmas Day and Christmas Eve crying.   We had no guests or presents.  But I am getting better slowly.  I have felt all of your light and thank you very much.
