followed it up with the blue ray grounding exercise I felt it was perfect as the heart meditation was sinceo deep that I didn't even know my face was wet with tears. Also when trying to slowly bring my hands back to my heart at the end it felt like I was actually pushing something physical that would only move slowly . Thank you again ..Off to drink so water now:))
