Healing from the flu for Lamar

Thank you for praying for me for I have suffered the flu (influenza) for the past few days. I am resting and trying to take lots of Vitamin C and herbal teas but I have not been able to break it. It is way down in my chest and I am sleepless at night with body aches. I find it hard to to anything but chill out and do things that do not require concentration. Namaste, Lamar

Beloved Brother Lamar,

Remembering that Our Creator of ALL That IS, IS Also Who We Are As Manifested in Our Unique Human Bodies. The Experiences We Have, Encourage Our Evolution to the Light. Take a deep Breath Into Your Heart, where The Spark of the Divine Lives. Firmly state, "It is my Intention to Heal my Body from ALL dis-ease." Then Breathe in the Divine Healing Light from your Crown Chakra to Your Divine Heart Connection. See the Light spread out from Your Heart to All parts of your Body ~ every cell, space, particle and wave of your Being, Cleansing and Healing Waves of Dancing Light. Feel the Warm, Healing, Dancing Light Cleanse, Nourish and Heal Everything It Touches. KNOW, Our Creator has Heard, Felt and Delivered Your Healing. Express Your Appreciation and Gratitude for this Healing. KNOW that it is Done, and So It IS.

You may continue to visualize and FEEL the Healing Lights permeating every part of your Being until you feel Relief. Stay in Gratitude with the Process. It IS a Process ~ and as We are New to this Process, we must continue to visualize and feel the healing light until we have established the neural pathways that will become permanent ~ making the process easier and quicker. Stay with it ~ You Are a Master and the Process will become a part of You, making subsequent healings instantaneous.

I am still learning how to navigate this web site and I didn't press the follow button and only retrieved all the messages you sent today. Excuse me for not seeing all of these notes until now.
