F. Scott Fitzgerald once wrote that "Only love can heal our brokenness." I wholeheartedly agree.

When I look back at my life, it was only love - either directed at me or coming from me - what ultimately allowed me to heal, transform and restore those aspects of myself that appeared to be broken or out of harmony with the whole.

In the Catholic tradition, the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ represents the highest form of love that humans have ever experienced. We call it, the Sacred, Divine or Cosmic Love of the Christ; for it was a man named Jesus who first made this higher frequency of love available to us when he was able to realize it.

Today, on the winter solstice, we celebrate the return of the sun's light a symbolic expression of this kind of love. And, as a Special Holiday Gift, I'd like to share with you a guided meditation I recently recorded entitled, 'Healed by the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ'.

You can use this meditation to help heal any physical, mental or emotional condition you might be currently experiencing. The three phrases I use during this process were revealed to me as I invited the Divine Love of Christ into my heart. They provided much healing and comfort as I was grieving the loss of my sister earlier this year.

As a result of a establishing a direct connection between your heart and the Sacred Heart of Christ, you will experience greater physical, mental and emotional health. You will also feel more connected to others, and experience healing in many of your relationships.
