Dear Higher Self

Recently I was discussing, with a fellow group member, whether I should share any frustrations  or personal challenges here. Finding the balance between being honest about emotional experiences, while amplifying positivity is quite a learning experience.

Sharing can be both liberating & uplifting, for all involved. This is the spirit in which I release.

Thank you higher self. Thank you that with all emotional unfolding, comes the opportunity for growth & change. 

The past three days have been an emotional roller coaster. Journeying from days of emotional heaviness & introspection to days of extreme gratitude for being in a place of such oneness. Today I'm experiencing a 2 for 1 and it's expanding my sense of humor as the frustration, gracefully, fades away :-).

Intellectually & spiritually, I understand that this is a part of our evolutionary process...the journey. Learning to balance emotion, discernment, reassign relationship importance, moving from knowing to walking & living with spirit...all necessary steps on the way to being higher self in this world (all as this world evolves, no less). 

Wow! There's a lot here to grow with...

I feel you smiling with me & that is why I feel so grounded in gratitude. That you, & all the other grace-filled light beings, are here with us...is amazingly incredible! Living within the human experience, as we are able to take it/us to a higher place, is an infinite blessing; the totality of which I can't yet wrap my "human brain" around. 

I feel your smile...today that is enough. :-)))
