I encourage you to allow yourselves, openly, to express & be who you are, in each moment.

We are beautifully human. I love you, as you ARE.

Dear Higher Self:

When I'm not centered, please help me to understand (beyond the intellectual) that the discomfort is here to show me/allow growth.

Part of my past patterning has been to "be/find perfection". 

Allowing & acceptance is a liberating, new part of my life, for which I'm grateful.

Thank You

I'm praying that my living/being flow that I may serve humanity & Earth, humbly, as we continue to evolve. 

There are parts of my life that do not flow with my evolution & I'm ready to be physically, financially, emotionally able to move forward, releasing them with love.

I am ready for change. I am willing to change. I am accepting all of me. I accept all others, as they are.

I am responsible for myself & all aspects of my life.

All parts of myself are loved. All actions,taken, are accepted & loved. 

Living, provides me the opportunity to be, in motion, the GOd spark within.

Hello Higher Self/Divine spark within.

Thank you, for ever increasing awareness of you, the Divine...within & without.

Journeying to individual truths, we each are a grain of sand, on the beach of Divine existence; for this eve I am, ever more, grateful.

Divine, nature glows with your beauty and even so , there is a sacred truth, beyond all matter.

Living, growing...knowing you is the destiny of my breath.

Pure heart/infinite love, guide me home to amplify your truth, in every step, whispering loving gratitude, with every breath.
