Dear Higher SElf/Divine spark within:

A: From the depths of my, human, heart I thank you for my ever-increasing awareness of your presence.

A: Thank you for continuing to show the way, to light amplification, along this journey. At my highest resonance, I am you. We are stepping into the reality of divine light resonance, already existent; as my guide, I thank you that you are, that I hear you , that I am you.

A: I relax.

A: Guide me beyond all resistance to change that is being vacuumed away & transmuted to light...I release.

A: One, within the oneness of the whole, all judgement falls away. Recognizing the tools of emotion, thought & physicality I am using them to be one with all that is...I allow.

HIGHER SELF: "You are healthy, you are held, you are whole. This is allowing a natural amplification of the light of all. Light seeks light & ignites a spreading of light. Reverberate with the resonance of the highest possible frequency. Walk with this light, Breathe with this light, Speak with light, Be joyous with light & as the Sun, your presence is sustenance."

A: I thank you. Light is my anchor, Love is my resonance.

A meditation: Pausing through Passion to Purpose

Light pours from the infinite divine through the crown of this soul, extending anchoring to the Gaia, I love. Awareness of the various spiraling columns of light increases, light shining, sparkling, as the star, who knows me best...representing the universal A. We are all one, in harmonic motion.

FLower of Life, placed over heart, she amplifies moving to each chakra vortex. Infinite flower, pattern of diamonds flows beyond the earthly essence of me, to we...I see. Thank you.

Within the energy field of A, the motion is quickening. Strumming the cords of energy, a song begins. It's wave of resonance heard throughout the universe...I hear the songs of the others. The energy catches & all energy, all light, plays a symphony of love.

We are loving, as one.

Your connection to your Higher Self is becoming more and more stable - you start to receive messages ... that's fabulous :-)

I think that's what evolution in consiousness looks like: It starts out as a longing for a stable connection, a wish ... and finally you arrive at true COMMUNICATION!
