It's Thanksgiving in the United States and although many people are with family and friends, what felt right to me today was to read, rest, listen to music and just relax. So I am.

It is an amazing gift to feel free to do what feels right to you! It's self-care to honor your own inner knowing.

I think living in inner harmony is the source of all bounty in life, personally, globally and universally. Allowing ourselves to flow with life, is a tremendous gift.

Living in harmony with yourself brings about inner peace and calm. It allows you to participate in life in ways that naturally harmonize with everything and everyone. In this state of unity, you're open to expanded consciousness and allowing Life Itself to express through you, inspire you, support you, guide you and clearly be you!

As we learn to listen to our deeper knowing about what is true for us in the present and honor that, we become peaceful, calm and kind. We feel happy and our good feelings are uncontained - we naturally smile, spreading that joy and uplifting those we meet.

As I take time today to reflect...more than anything, I feel so much love and appreciation for you.

Thank you for being you - exactly as you are.

I hope you hear that, feel it and let it sink in! Too often we don't get that in life. It can lead to an endless feeling of "not enough," and "not yet...." and then we spend so much time trying to improve ourselves, to please others, to be who we're taught we should be.

Today I say: You're enough right here, right now. Dare to LOVE BEING YOU.

Relish it. Savor your own preferences. Do what makes your heart sing. Give generously to you.

And thank you for doing that.
