I have done what the video says - sit with in an erect postion, hand on the knees, thumb and next finger joined - relaxed - sinking into the music - breathing light through my crown chakra and when exhaling püassing htis light on to the Earth ... I was sitting of some time when a second channel opened, breathing in the light from the Earth - and passing it on to the Universe with each exhale. These two channels opened simultaneously, a third channel opened, though this one was not a channel ... the energy of BOTH tubes was shared from my HEARt Centrea pulsing out in front of me and at me back ... and then ALL around me, so I was radiating the light of Mother Earth and the Light of the Universe, which is the Pure WHITE Light we are working with to establish and anchor the New Earth Matrix ...

Spanish :-)...yes, sort of, mostly Spanglish now; not as much practice. Am still working with Castilian dialect...love the sound of it.

I was near fluent in high school (when i lived in California) and studied into college... my best friend spoke Spanish; my written could use work though ;-) . I practice with Google translate sometimes. Sometimes I receive info in different languages (especially Portuguese and Sanskrit) so that's helping...Am sooooo Loving our 'Divine selves', helpers and guides. They're keeping me, lovingly, busy and connected beyond the veil these days. Thankfully, it's with clarity and such Love now...I'm so grateful :-) .

About your meditation experience...Yes :-) !!!  I know just what you are describing...the tree !

The tube, like a tunnel/inner funnel (or inner torus) of Pranic energy, connecting us to our Source and Gaia. Once, I saw Feminine Mother~Creator there too,  as a 'Divine Spark', flashing, near, in or slightly behind my heart.  

Thank you so much Sonja...sharing meditation Heart expansion and more is so awesome. I wrote this the other week:

'One day in a morning meditation, i was gifted vision of my ‘God spark’, physically housed slightly behind/within the human heart; a tiny speck of light, that i know, is Source/God connected. As it floated before my eyes, it was brighter than anything I’d ever seen, with vivid color and sacred presence.'

Instinctively, I almost always connect with the tree torus (Gaia, Source) and then to Heart, with meditations now; began with Drunvalo meditations.

 That week, it took me to a 'Divine spark' experience~pulsing, and after the pulsing, it was pure Bliss and Oneness. 

Since then, I now know that the the flashing represents Divine creator creating and the Blissful stillness...Source. Both aspects reside within each of us.

Of course, now is the time of grounding that, more and more into 'every moment' reality (as much as possible), so the bliss in meditation, soon faded back to reality. Though the awesome part was the Strong energy resonance in the room, even after I came back! (There's more in the post...it was amazing!)  My words fall a bit short...   

Thank you so much for sharing this :-))) Sonja .  my Heart is filled with Love and great gratitude~  Re-sharing  reminds of the sacred possibilities and responsibilities...I'm re-flooded with purposeful passion.
