Hi There, Dear one,

 

We enter a Mercury retrograde today - with communications going internal.

 

The upcoming Full Moon in Pisces with Sun and Mercury Retrograde in Virgo are potent for listening very deeply to the Yin Aspects of the Universe.

 

You may have been feeling the cosmic in and out - the expansion and contraction.  Some parts of your life may be really moving (or at least planting seeds to move forward - you know the direction more in alignment with your deepest inner self)  - WHILE another aspect of your life is changing dramatically deeply contracting.

 

Feeling that energy can create deepest sadness and inner longing for increasing the speed of the expansion and for holding onto that which is contracting.  Aligning to the Divine Will and to the Energy of Self as a vessel of that Divine Plan changes the sense of Peace Within to allow the Expansion and Contraction with Ease and even inner soft joy.

 

With the energy of Virgo and the placement of the planets a deeper Cosmic Wave of the Unnameable Divine Feminine energy comes into focus.  Since Mercury is retrograde in Virgo as well as the Sun in Virgo there is a great ability to contact that energy.  An energy of deep nourishment and solace for all the energy that has been shifting through these last few months.

 

You can feel a deeper holding for yourself - a sense of support and really with retrograde Mercury Hear very deeply guidance.

 

The latest meditations are to be done in the evening before sleeping to allow you to be held by the universe and really stay in that energy as you rest.

 

As always these healing attunements are to be done in sacred space.  They contain 5-9 layers of energy healing so working with them over time deepens the positive energy.
