And so we'll begin with a short grounding presence meditation, and then, uh, we will introduce Rania more and we'll begin this conversation. So again, thank you everyone for being here and just inviting you to take a deep breath and closing your eyes if you wish to.

Ah, just start with some few deep breaths. Just allow yourself to feel your breath in your body, noticing if you're taking deep breaths or shallow breaths, and just noticing. And as you're breathing in and noticing your breath, seeing if you can take deeper breaths into your belly, welcoming the breath deep into your belly.

And as you're exhaling, sighing out and letting your shoulders drop your face to relax your eyes and your cheeks and your jawbone, as well as your hips. Just breathing in and on your next breath in, welcoming yourself here. Welcoming yourself to this moment, saying hello to you, inviting yourself as you're breathing, to become more and more connected into your breath, into your body, into the space around you.
