Yes, indeed … it comes around again … it is here once more … and we ask WHY? WHY am I feeling this, WHY am I experiencing this … WHY is it still in my space?

Simply stated …. Simply shared … “everything Old is NEW again” … perhaps a bit lighter, a tad milder … still it is coming up for RELEASE…for transmutation … to LET GO!

The HIGHER the frequency … the more intense the feelings! Being a soulular contract that you agreed to experience or learn from and having yet to COMPLETE the agreement, it will continue to come into your space until such time that you “really” let it go … you may have thought you did … many times we think we have released something, UNTIL it shows up again … and we share there are some soul contracts that cannot be negated ~ for within it, lies valued wisdoms that your Soul deemed pertinent to this lifetime!

And then on the other side of the coin ~ you have the opposite happening…

Holding on to something that has no chord or foundation only serves the density of which it exists in. It blocks your meridian of alignment or being in Harmony with your SOULSELF ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ When you continue to use it, abuse it or carry it around with you … you merely HOLD yourself back from moving into a higher vibration.

Whitewater rapids … comes to mind as we swish and swash through so many streams of energies … striving for the FLOW … the serenity of the stream!

The energies are here to aid and assist us. The energies are beckoning our attention, your immediate interactions … we remind you that as long as you keep this block in your space … and You KNOW what it is … You KNOW what is “egging” you or an “itch” within … You KNOW … dusting it under the rug … or out of sight, out of mind … will NOT WORK … due to the fact that this is a SOUL agreement … there is something in it for you … there is a LIFE/SOUL lesson that warrants completion for you in some way, even though you might not see it or sense it … it will be made clear to you at the APPROPRIATE Moment ~ that being the key …

We shared a while back that something you might have done, thought, created in some capacity, several years past … or even a year ago and then “left” it behind … Unfinished or Incomplete … it will continue to appear in your reality until such time that it no longer carries an energetic Value to your Soul space!

By this, it could be the notion or the nudge of a NEW location, a NEW relationship, a NEW endeavor of creativity ~ how many times do we push something aside with the thought “I’ll do it later” or “I’m not good enough to do that or sell that or create that”? IF it is in your sacred space of reality, then it is SO … YES …you should be aligning yourself to these thoughts ~ procrastination and energy do not fit well together! 

You have come to learn that by CREATING your Thought patterns … You create your REALITY … however, those thoughts that are a constant flow within our minds … they are there for a reason!  NEVER Doubt your thoughts ~ there is ALWAYS validity there …

We are watching the world move into higher frequencies and in this movie there appears to be “discord” and “assaults” and many are feeling a sense of “if this is Divine Love and Light” … “if this about creating Heaven on Earth … then why are so many “suffering” ~ why is there so much “destruction” … all that is happening is being Mastered by each and every Soul that is being moved in these spaces. Whilst many might not realize that even in “horrific” circumstances, there is so MUCH LIGHT being shined and shared! We have all existed in “horrific” circumstances, we have all “suffered” … by our Soul’s choice in each lifetime we came to live this aspect of humanness. You have done this before … each one of you!

We are here to share these amazing gifts that you are now presented with … You now have so much EMPOWERMENT before you to USE at your beckoning … ANY given MOMENT is YOURS ~ to USE and EXPAND upon OR to ~ the GREATest and HIGHest Good of the UNIVERSE ~ You needn’t carry this “chord of discord” any longer and the sooner it is let go of … the expediency of your Soul will SOAR to the HIGHEST of Highs!

Be rid of the cobwebs ~ USE LIGHT as a HEALING TOOL~ visualizing your Light Body … Perfect ~ and for those spaces that are feeling energies shift … the muscles, the organs, the skin, extremities … TALK to them as you would a Friend … when we understand that energy REACTS to the VIBRATION (love) we send forth … when we are in a space of pain or angst … TALK to it … talk to the space … listening to what you are feeling … this comes through the root / solar plexus chakras ~
 
If you are not in alignment with your Body Temple … you create a host of ill wills … LOVE EVERY PART OF YOU … realizing YOU CREATED YOU … mattering NOT what has changed or shifted … THIS IS YOU … BEAUTIFUL YOU … good hair / bad hair / no hair … crooked nose / crooked teeth … BEAUTIFUL YOU … LOVE ALL parts / pieces, cells and follicles of YOU … remember the old saying Grandma taught us ~ “doesn’t matter what’s on the outside, it ONLY MATTERS what’s on the INSIDE” ~ Grandma meant THE HEART … ONLY MATTERS WHAT THE HEART FEELS! Hmmm wise wise words!
It is important for us to keep our Body Temples in the highest form of health as we integrate these New Chakras that are forming ~ these HIGHER frequencies!  Optimum Body Temple allows us to integrate and acclimate much more gracefully!
