And sometimes… Heavy layers of past pain, unresolved trauma and negative beliefs can seem like they’re impossible to fully transmute, heal and clear. I had a humbling experience last year of realizing that past pain and trauma I thought I’d fully cleared and transmuted, had actually just been suppressed in my body.
