Rays Of Creation By Anrita Melchizedek

Bringing a focus to the breath,
breathing deep into the body, expanding the lower abdomen as you breathe in,
contracting the lower abdomen as you breathe out,
grounding and centering to the energy of Mother Earth.

Feeling the feet on the floor, feeling your body,
feeling and sensing this alignment to the Divine through the Antakarana,
this Bridge of Light that ignites through the body.

Feeling and sensing this Bridge of Light coming down through the earth star chakra, through the crown chakra, down the spine and out the perineum center into the
earth star chakra.

Just breathing in Love, breathing in through the nose, then breathing out through the nose or mouth,
finding a comfortable rhythm as the body start to move,
in its own rhythm, its own flow, its own balance.

Breathing in Love and breathing out Love.
And just getting a sense of these deep rhythmic breaths,
these inhales and exhales,
as you bring your conscious awareness to the body.

Appreciating and accepting yourself, breathing in Love and breathing out Love.
Now just visualizing this beautiful Diamond Flame of Purity and Innocence
activating now within the heart chakra,
and moving into each one of the chakras, and now around the body.

Linking us into this beautiful sphere of Light now, this diamond sphere 54 feet in diameter around us,
into the Diamond Merkaba Field of Light.

And within this Diamond Field of Light having a sense now of all the sacred geometries coming online,
initially sensing and feeling first the Flower of Life,
and now expanding into the Fruit of Life.

Sensing, feeling, the ignition of these sacred geometries, the sphere, the cube, the tetrahedron, the icosahedron, the dodecahedron,
the star tetrahedron.

All these geometries just igniting and activating as the New Earth Templates within and around the body and at a cellular level.

And deepening into the knowing of ourselves as Sons and Daughters of God, merging now with our Beloved I AM Presence, the Highest Light that We Are,
within the cosmic Heart of God.

Breathing in Love, breathing out Love. Having a sense of the Overlighting of Father/Mother God, and all the Illumined
Beings of Light from On High that we personally acknowledge.

Calling too upon our Master Guide and our Guardian Angel, connecting to all of these beautiful souls, our soul and star family,
our soul brothers and sisters of the Light.

Deepening into the experience of the Unity Field of Light within us and around us. Deepening into the Crystalline Bridge of Light being activated for all of us as these Stargates of Light, and grounding now into the crystal heart of Mother Earth.

Connecting into the Inner Earth Sun now,
feeling and sensing this beautiful golden Sun within our Loving Hearts,
And now connecting to the Sun, the Central Sun, and now the great Central Sun, and to the  cosmic heart of Mother /Father God.

It's good to connect with you. I am feeling so good. So happy and free, inspired and supported.

I have been shifting and evolving in significant ways these past few months and even more so, during this Eclipse cycle!

I've released so many things.
I've really come into a even deeper sense of trust. A knowing that everything that is FOR ME, is here, or on it's way...

A wonderful ease, knowing I don't need to "make anything happen" -- it's all being given to me!

And I just let it come and follow my bliss... (Seriously!)

And what isn't mine, or isn't mine anymore, just flows and I have a clear sense of knowing how to let it just be... and flow where it is going now...

I'm active, but there is this amazing sense of not needing to do much of anything, except enjoy Life.

Enjoy imagining and enjoy what I'm creating and choosing and being and becoming.

There is this deep and beautiful feeling of flow and peace and abundance and well-being happening.

I sometimes find myself just relaxing in a chair, my feet dancing and I'm smiling, just being, and it's like I'm listening to music and enjoying it, but it's quiet.

I suddenly realize how happy I am. And a moment before this I was entirely IN IT.

Absorbed in BEING.

I am experiencing, just some amazing and radiant moments of connection and freedom and fun and love and a kind of sweetness...

In other moments, I am feeling a growing awareness of the profound and coherent order in my life at a very deep level. How every thing is happening for me!

As things magically fall into place. Over and over again.

As I feel at ease and confident, without needing to know HOW.

I am sure that this is happening because I've asked for so much from my Divine Self...

Because of this, I'm now allowing myself to be GIVEN so much more than I ever allowed before.

My capacity to receive has opened up SO MUCH.

This is what was missing for me!

Letting my Life --- ALL OF MY LIFE -- be full of ease.

I realize even with how much I rest, I have been overdoing it.

But the more I do less, the more I am given. And the easier it comes.

Each and every day, I am more and more aware of my own inner light and the joy and clarity that emanate from the very core of my being.

And I've asked for it...

I have repeatedly asked my Divine Self to teach me JOY.

To teach me alignment.

To teach me how to receive more.

To teach me HOW to embody All That I Truly Am...

And it's happening!

Hello Divine Ones,

We greet you in love. We are grateful for this opportunity to connect with you and call upon you to orient within you to the growing field of multi-dimensional energy and intelligence that is your inner light.

We invite you now to not only orient to this energy, but to allow yourself to fall into resonance with it. In the instant that you do that, and experience an inner shift, we say to you this: you have become the Divine Self.

Now you don’t always stay there. 

And you don’t always focus upon this light in a singular fashion. You often slip out of conscious awareness of this new you and in focusing on the outer octave present as collective reality, you lose elevation vibrationally…

But your capacity to be and to choose to deliberately become your Divine Self is within you, and increasingly within your grasp.

We wish to celebrate with you the reality of this experience and the implications of it!

We wish for you to recognize and hear this from us -- that ascension is at hand. And perhaps it might be helpful for you to consider that you move in and out of ascended states of being.

Ailia is a little bit surprised that we have said this , and yet it’s dawning on within as we continue, that of course ascension is not a landing point. A state that is unchanging. Your state of being is always being created by you and dynamically unfolding, and Ascension is first and foremost, a frequency state. A state of Unity and Oneness with the Divine Self.

And as each of you spend more time in communion with All That You Are, it becomes more natural.

And as you spend more time in Oneness, your activated state of being in-forms your physical form, which is growing in its capacity to accomodate and align with higher light.

And as more and more of you exist in these ascended states of being, you empower one another to sustain this frequency.

That is the aim we suggest, now, for those of you who are reading this and recognizing the truth of this within your experience, and knowing it to be real. To grow in your capacity to open, relax into resonance with and allow your Divine Self, to draw you into conscious communion; Oneness.

Growing in your capacity to be present, multidimensionality, in resonance with higher light... and sustaining this, is the leading edge skill to foster and cultivate at this time.

That is the threshold upon which you find yourself and we are “writing” to you, today, through Ailia, to invite you to come together as a group and focus on this capacity for a sustained period of time, and in that practice, allow us to support you, inspire you further, illuminate more expansive inner resources, awareness, qualities of eternalness and provide energetic support, such that you might empower yourselves to evolve, fully into the frequency and expression of the Divine Self while Being Human.

You did not come here to fix things. To heal things. To make up for “past mistakes,” or resolve karmic issues.

Re-assembling the Divine Being that is YOU, in a new and different way -- here. In human form, and in doing so, lifting all Life on Earth into new expression: Divine Expression.

You knew you would not be alone — that many others would come at this time too, ready and willing to dance with you and acclimate to joy and love, to inner peace and profound awareness of your inner power and creativity.

The planetary field now exists in higher light and is capable of sustaining your presence there too — in this dynamically expanding, elevating radiant field of Inner Light.

More and more of the early adaptors, those Angelic and Star Beings, those embodied Masters and Elemental ones are opening up to their inner call to shift move into this transitional bandwidth; an upper fourth dimensional field, in which you are able to move in and out of ascended states of being, and be a bridge. For humanity, yes.

For in doing this, you acclimate the collective to higher light, bit by bit, and make it easier for others to feel this light within themselves and discover the naturalness of it, the openness of it, the ease with which one can live and be and have their BEING, in the Divine Presence of the Inner Light, in true Oneness with Source.

But the most important reason for being this bridge, is because it’s FUN. It’s fun to be more and more of who you truly are, HERE!

It’s fun to consciously shift and flow not just in frequency, but dimensionally, throughout your day to day human life; by shifting into different degrees of resonance with your Inner Light and opening to and becoming the Divine Self, Being Human and then bringing this state of being into your day to day life.

Being present as the Divine Self, and merging with what you’re experiencing.

Merging with the dinner you’re making for your family or friends. Merging with the Divine Self and merging with the painting your making and the paints and the sunlight streaming into your art studio and the feeling of your body -- growing wildly spacious and powerful, feeling expansive and nearly squealing in joy at the profound and indescribable flow of freedom and love as you paint and create!

You’re going to need to GROW YOUR ABILITY TO BE IN JOY, Beloveds, as you flow into these new potentials for being!

Imagine too, merging with the ground beneath your feet while you play in your garden, or talk with the trees, who you are merging with too -- in your DIVINE SELF STATE OF BEING.

Merging with the Ones you love as you look at them. Merging with the home you are in, the air and the things, and feeling the multidimensional presence in everything. EVERYTHING. Everything being and within you in aliveness, in wholeness, in LOVE.

Anchoring The New Earth - May 2023 - By Emmanuel Dagher

 

Dear Friend,

Happy May! This month has a lot of fire energy in it, and there are new blessings in store for us.

This fire is bringing up a sense of reassessment regarding our life path.

Because of that, we may be experiencing a new level of discontent with our current work and living situation, and desire to make some changes.

If we tend to be quite sensitive to energy, we could internalize this fire as frustration and resistance in our mind and body.

Yet frustration and resistance can be gifts in disguise—here’s how:

If we feel frustration or resistance coming up, rather than trying to ignore these reactions, or even judge ourselves for experiencing them, we can recognize them as opportunities to evolve.

Frustration and resistance are our mind’s way of telling us that it desires to exert creative energy and hasn’t yet aligned with a productive way to do so.

The creative energy of the mind is using frustration and resistance to ask for help from us. The mind is asking to be guided and supported in a direction that feels productive and expansive.

So the very reactions that often feel uncomfortable and painful to us can now serve as golden opportunities to propel us forward in a direction that feels good and empowering.

Here are some suggestions for how we can alchemize frustration and resistance into productive passion, peace, and fulfillment:

• Engage in physical activity and move our body – When we channel frustration and resistance into a higher-than-average-impact physical activity, stagnant energy we are carrying in our body and mind starts to unlock itself, allowing for flow and healing to take place.Exercising the body and mind opens up space for them to deal more positively with stuck energies such as frustration and resistance, allowing them to shift into something productive, like motivation, determination, and resilience.
• Listen to what the frustration and resistance are saying – When these reactions come up, it’s often our mind’s way of saying that it needs something from us—and that thing is always love, support, and guidance.

If we are in a highly reactive state, we become too distracted to hear what the mind is asking of us.

When this happens, the mind gets creative, using increasingly louder and more uncomfortable ways to get our attention.

At the root of it all, our mind just wants to receive love, compassion, acceptance, and acknowledgment from us.

 When the mind feels acknowledged and loved by us, it has less of a need to reach for pain and suffering to get our attention.

The mind begins to feel safe enough to let our Whole Self / Spirit Self guide the way forward.

So the next time frustration and resistance come up for you, ask your mind and body, What do you need from me in this present moment?

Then be willing to give them that.

If you are unable to get a clear message about what your mind and body need, imagine them basking in a pure rose-scented fragrance that represents compassion and understanding.

The emotions and sensations that are experiencing the most struggle then receive the most compassion.

This gentle practice will help the mind and body to alchemize their discomforts into healing opportunities.

• Channel the frustration and resistance into a hobby you love – A hobby is something we do because we love it. We usually place no pressure on ourselves to “make money” or “get something” out of it, except pure enjoyment.

When we channel frustration and resistance into doing something we love, the energies become productive. As we pour fire energy into a hobby, we become more dedicated to it, which can lead to us becoming an expert in that area.

Once we become an expert at something, the next natural progression can be that our expertise is met with a high demand from others, leading to a new career and business.

There are no limits to the magic we can create when we move in this direction!

The fiery energies this month are helping us to burn off the lingering illusions and stories we have believed about ourselves and others, that made us believe we were lacking in some way.

In the last Forecast, I mentioned that we would leave April feeling different from how we entered it.

If you are someone who pays close attention to the inner and outer world, you’ve probably noticed that, whether they feel to be subtle or not so subtle, big changes are occurring in your life, and in the world.

Where Are We Now?

Although there was a great deal of movement and action happening in April, there was also a lot of uncertainty, instability, and what seemed to be doors closing all over the place.

If we are someone who experienced more of the latter, by the end of April, we nevertheless saw glimpses of greater clarity, stability, and opportunities to progress forward.

Anchoring The New Earth

Right now, we are in a special window of time where we get to anchor and materialize the New Earth in quantum leaps. This was already set into motion decades ago by many Way-Showers, Healers, Empaths, and Lightworkers.

We are so grateful to those who have paved the way for all of us to be here now. 

Although the New Earth has been a long time in the making, there is a very concentrated timeline over the next few months that, when utilized, will help to materialize a huge leap forward in the consciousness of humanity.

This will also show up in ways that will bring us together with our Soul Tribes. This Soul Tribe will reflect back to us a sense of “home” and “safety.”

It’s important to be mindful of the people entering our lives in the next few months, as many of them will be part of the Soul Tribe that will help us to connect more with the New Earth Grid.

The New Earth Grid is the golden thread of love and Divine logic that is building the resilient and unwavering foundation of the New Earth, now rising from every corner of the planet.

How to Connect with the New Earth Grid

There are many ways to connect to the New Earth Grid. The simplest, quickest, and most effective way will be highlighted in this Forecast.

Authenticity and Transparency

One of the most effective things we can do to instantly connect with the New Earth Grid is to be completely honest—first and foremost, with ourselves, and then with the world around us.

The first step is to take a quick inventory of where in our lives we are already being completely authentic, honest, and transparent, and what other areas might benefit from having more of these qualities.

Being honest and authentic is not to be mistaken with being intentionally unkind, rude, or hurtful, especially in the way we deliver our truth. The latter behaviors have no place in the New Earth Grid.

Some simple questions we can ask ourselves to help evoke greater authenticity are, “What are the things that matter the most to me in life?” And “Who am I when I express myself freely and fully from the heart?”

A Willingness to Heal

Often when we heal from a seeming imbalance in our lives, a large burden that had occupied our attention is lifted out of our energy.

Although the Spirit loves to travel light, the mind sometimes takes a bit longer to be convinced, simply because it has grown accustomed to the burdens it has carried.

There are different levels of willingness, especially when it comes to healing.

For many people, it’s not until their thoughts feel increasingly uncomfortable that they are ready and willing to heal, and let go of the stories they have identified with for so long.

These are the stories that the mind uses to reinforce the idea that one is broken or lacking in some way.

Essentially, these are the stories that create victim/survival consciousness, which is actually the lowest aspect of humanity’s consciousness.

However, we are in a unique time now, where we no longer need to identify with or operate from victim consciousness.

We now have the opportunity to shift our personal and collective timelines, so that we can truly begin to operate from the most empowered and sovereign part of ourselves.

This is also known as the Spirit/Goddess/God/Higher Self aspect of ourselves. 

So the question then becomes, are we truly willing and ready to heal?

Meaning, are we willing to let go of the dramatic patterns, the insecurities, the stories, the fear, worry, lack, addictions, guilt, shame, self-sabotage, blame, or any other behaviors that affirm victim consciousness?

Once we get an inner “Yes,” we can then begin asking questions like, “Who am I outside of the limiting stories my mind has identified with?” and “What steps am I willing to take to find that out?”

If you are finding that you are not healing as quickly as you would like—“healing” being just another word for remembering the wholeness, perfection, and abundance that has been within and around you all along—then invite your mind to contemplate how it may still be identifying with the old victim consciousness.

The mind might immediately resist, and think something like, “I don’t want the old patterns! I really want to heal.”

However, question it.

Ask, “Do you really want to heal? Because it seems you may still be finding comfort in the old discomfort.”

Once you begin questioning your mind in this way, it begins to light up parts of the brain that have been dormant.

These are the parts of the mind that allow for the highest wisdom and insight to come through, loud and clear.

Loving with an Open Heart

The idea of love has gone through many misinterpretations in most societies.

We’ve been taught through religions, doctrines, media, and traditions that in order to experience love, we have to worry about it, search outside ourselves for it, sacrifice for it, experience pain and heartbreak over it, suffer for it, give up things we want to have it, believe it’s conditional/we have to earn it, and so on.

Real love is always easy, unconditional, expansive, joyful, eternal, steadfast, and nonjudgmental. It’s simply the way people have misinterpreted love that has created the illusion that it’s anything less than those qualities.

During the next few months, one of the most important things we can do to connect with the New Earth Grid, is to rediscover what love really is, and then begin to rise in love.

First and foremost, with ourselves, then with the world around us.

For so many generations, most of humanity has been taught that it is wrong for us to love and honor ourselves in the same way we are supposed to love and honor others.

This tradition is actually one of the main reasons why humanity once moved away from knowing the Divinity of who we really are.

We were taught to look outside of ourselves for the answer, when it was within every fiber of our being all along.

Thank goodness those days are winding down quickly, and that people are understanding more and more that in order to be the most expanded, open, happy, and loving version of ourselves in the world, we must first start by truly loving ourselves.

To the mind, this may not come easily, simply because we have not been taught how to love ourselves.

So we can ask ourselves some questions, such as, “How would unconditional love treat me, if it was embodied in a person? And how can I open up to being that person?”

I invite you to make a list of all the ways an unconditionally loving person would treat you.

Are they generous, kind, nonjudgmental, fun, playful, respectful? Do they make you feel seen, heard, appreciated?

Do they make you gifts, sing to you, take you on special nature walks? And of course, the list goes on.

It’s always wonderful to connect with a Soul Mate from our Soul Tribe—someone who can mirror these qualities back to us. Yet in order for that to happen the way we truly desire deep down, we need to begin showing up as our own Soul Mate first.

Seeing the Signs

From now through October, some of the biggest changes in our lives and in the world also have the opportunity to be some of the most breathtakingly beautiful ones.

If we are someone who has allowed our mind to remain focused on all the things that are not working in our lives, we may (for the moment) miss these beautiful experiences happening right under our nose.

But if we are someone who makes a conscious decision to be authentic and loving as often as we can, while being proactive and committed to our inner healing journey … then get ready for the party of many lifetimes to begin!

A Gentle Reminder: A Time of Releasing Fear,

Now More than Ever

This is a gentle reminder to all heart-centered friends—the Way-showers, Empaths and Peace Creators:

Now more than ever, you are being asked to look past the illusion of fear, and to understand what is really happening in the collective consciousness.

Led by media outlets and old structures that desire to remain in control, there is a great push right now for people to focus on separation, and the perpetuation of victim consciousness.

This is a form of distraction, to prevent the collective from awakening to its greatest potential, where peace, kindness, love, abundance, freedom, and respect for all life are the norm.

The interesting thing is, we all knew this was coming. When chaos ensues as it is doing right now, the climate is ripe for huge breakthroughs to occur.

The path to these breakthroughs is greatly accelerated when we choose to remain steadfast in love.

Love is not “airy fairy,” nor is it weak. Love is firm and focused.

It is the most powerful energy in the Universe, connecting all living things.

Love always listens, nurtures, respects, and has compassion for ALL life, even when the “mind’ wants to create the illusion of separation between groups or individuals.

So my friends—Way-showers, Empaths, and Peace Creators . . . this is your time to see the truth of what is really happening now, rather than buying into the fear-based stories that are floating around the world.

We are ONE family, no matter what our race, gender, or nationality might be, or any other labels the mind has created for itself.

These are just labels. Your Soul is NOT bound to any of those labels.

Labels are just beliefs/habits the mind has identified with, to create a sense of stability and structure for itself.

What will our world look like, once we all remember our Divine nature?

You have the power to create an open space for that day to arrive quickly, by choosing to first be willing to recognize the Divinity within you, and then the Divinity within all beings.

We are ALL in this together.
