Do the small things of life with a relaxed awareness. When you are eating, eat totally ~ chew totally, taste totally, smell totally. Touch your bread, feel the texture. Smell the bread, smell the flavor. Chew it, let it dissolve into your being, and remain conscious ~ and you are meditating. And then meditation is not separate from life.

Whenever meditation is separate from life, something is wrong. It becomes life-negative. Then one starts thinking of going to a monastery or to a Himalayan cave. Then one wants to escape from life, because life seems to be a distraction from meditation.

Life is not a distraction, life is an occasion for meditation.

The Lord's Prayer .....

Our Father who art everywhere

Holy and Sacred is the vibration of your name.

Thy Kingdom has come and thy will is being done

on Earth as it is in the Heavens.

Teach us this day to acquire for ourselves

our daily bread.

And forgive us for slumbering for so long as

you now so lovingly begin to awaken us.

Help us to have compassion for those who choose

to sleep a bit longer.

Let us not be lead into this slumbering

state ever again.

Deliver to us the ability to not be guided by

those who know you not and who know not

that you and I are ONE.

I AM weaving my gifts, talents, skills, knowledge, strength, courage, compassion and love into the tapestry of the Divine Plan for the New Earth.

I AM responding to my Heart’s Call, and I AM God in Action.

I AM Consecrating my thoughts, words, feelings and actions to be the greatest force of good I can be on this planet.

I AM making a positive difference every day.

Through the focus of my attention, I AM expressing the following Divine Truths:

I AM One with ALL Life. I AM Divine Love. I AM Infinite Abundance.
I AM the Harmony of my true Being. I AM Vibrantly Healthy and Eternally Youthful. I AM a Peace Commanding Presence.

The actions I take everyday improve my family, my job, my community, my city, my country and the world.

Through my thoughts, words, actions, and feelings I AM Transfiguring this planet into the New Earth.
