In essence, you have "Universal value" Made from all the greatness of the Universe itself.

Love is the ONLY Universal emotion, the ever growing pattern of the Universe, everything in the Earth and above is filled and built with Love..

So you and your body, were built to be loved...and are Loved Unconditionally by so many.

Love is what you are, a shining resonance of Love..so if you are made from love to be loved, then one should Love themselves first....

I know it sounds selfish to say "Love yourself first", But it's true, only when one possesses the true radiance of encompassing Divine Love, can one truly love others...

That radiance of Love will flood One's life, bringing more Love, new love and new experiences to grow in that love.

Love changes hearts and minds, and Loves ever evolving power conquers all fears and brings peace to hearts.

Loving yourself first is easy, Just by being thankful...by appreciating your body and your abilities. By eating healthy and taking care of yourself, by filling all your needs.

A healthy body is a healthy receptor to all that is being sent to you and for you...and a good receptor allows the feel of Love, to flow deep within and to overflow to share with others...

Love is your true radiance, your true being and one's true self, it's the only Soul Emotion, so strong it follows one into Death and beyond...
