Merkabah meditation

I come through now with information regarding your inter-dimensional vehicles, your Merkabahs. As the energy’s increase and you become more your multi-dimensional self it is crucial you have you multi-dimensional vehicle. When the mirkbah is missing your energy is wide open and exposed to any energy coming your way. This creates problems in the energetic field and presents a whole range of problems for you dear ones. Guidance cannot utilise your energy for direct communication and your resonations become capped by your higher self to lessen the problems associated with higher frequencies and the exposure of your energy field. Physical problems include lethargy, anxiety, sleeplessness, grounding issues and irritability. These things are present in the ascension process already and can be greatly reduced by containing your energy in the vehicle given to you to assist you in your multidimensional expression of self. The main focus of guidance at present is to bring you all to an energetic state were communication with guidance is free flowing and no energetic problems are present. The only way to activate your own Merkabah is by following the guided meditation presented now. I ask you do this meditation on 3 consecutive days and then your mirkbah will be permanent.

Astral armour, this layer protects your astral body in dream time.

Crystal layer, this layer contains and protects your aura on the physical earth plane matrix.

Healing mirror ball layer. This layer protects your emotional body and has a double transmuting capability which transmutes all lower frequency energy’s to pure divine love and light within and without the layer.

Fire ball layer. This layer contains and protects your multidimensional self.

Each layer has a buffer layer/bubble which serve to protect each layer from interfering with the others. All layers spin independently but also in accordance with each other

I am Rakhealle; I come through now to explain step by step how to efficiently and effectively bring your energy to its fullest potential at this point in time.

I recommend before carrying out any energy work on yourselves or others you first call on your highest, most appropriate, divine beings. Depending on the task at hand this will comprise of guides, aspects of self, healers, energy workers and guardians and protectors. Great emphasis is placed upon the ‘highest, most appropriate’ part of this request as it is of great importance that you are working with only the highest, most appropriate divine beings assigned to you by God for the various tasks assigned to higher beings of light.

Protecting

Let us begin by making yourself comfortable. Call on the highest, most appropriate, divine beings. Affirm- I am protected, connected and grounded on each and every level of my existence.

Astral armour, this is a thick layer of dense energy that surrounds your entire physical being like a suit. Imagine it as such, any colour which comes to mind. Fill this layer with pure divine love and light.

Force field layer, this layer is a bubble which is free from any gaps. It is an energetic bubble which prevents the layers from touching each other. Imagine it as such. Fill this layer with pure divine love and light.

Crystal layer. Imagine this layer outside the force field layer. Each and every layer fits inside the other. Imagine this crystal layer however it presents its self to you. Fill with pure divine love and light

Imagine the force field layer around the crystal layer; fill with pure divine love and light.

Healing mirror ball layer. Around the force field layer you are now placing a giant disco ball with reflective mirror tiles outside and within. These reflective tiles transmute all lower frequency energy’s, from within and without, into pure divine love and light. Fill the healing mirror ball layer with pure divine love and light.

Place another force field layer around the healing mirror ball layer. Fill with pure divine love and light.

Fire ball layer. Imagine the fire ball layer burning orange. Fill with pure divine love and light.

Now the final force field layer goes around the fire ball layer.

Connecting

I am asking you to now place your attention above you and with the divine. Connect to pure divine love and light. Draw it down and through your crown, down your haric line and out of your feet.

Grounding

Send this energy through your feet and into the earth’s crystalline core.

Now is the perfect time for you to converse with your guidance or ask for any blockages to be removed or appropriate healing.

Lumina, your comment has helped me enormously! I felt it on Friday or Saturday last week that the throat chakra started to balance and I was grateful for that - I knew it could take some time ... but when yesterday I was unable to do my job I felt bad due to it. Now your comment has reminded me again of what I KNEW - but obviously had forgotten by Tuesday ... Gary, this is exactly what you say: I need to trust my instincts more! I do this in all that is connected to lightgrid - but with my personal life it seems to be much harder!

So yes - I will GROUND and ANCHOR my light some more today ... let it all in my 3D life to elevate me ... you know there is a saying which my midwife told me;

When you have reached your limit when you are giving birth - at the moment when you say: I CAN'T anymore! - The baby is about to come ...

So be it, then!!!

Ah - and I looked up the 9 months in the Mayan calender ... as 9 months is usually a 260 day cycle. In our case it was 283 days, so the baby was already due, hahahaha!

September 7th was the day when the 260 day cycle, counting from december 21, 2011, onwards, ended.

We are still in a MIRROR wave at the moment, which started on September 23 and will end on October 5th. MIRROR wave!!! Now that 'I'm writing this, I am immediately reminded of Amaterasu and her mirror, too!!!

I guess it's time for me to work with the mirror some more ... Sarah, you have had some interesting mirror experiences, right? ... Well, maybe it's time to share them again ... do you know where I can find your post on that?

Ok ... just one more thought: the crystals and stones have finally arrived at Shenna's place on Monday or Tuesday. She has volunteered to be the Keeper of the Stones and Crystals as Dusty left. What if we dedicate the coming Wave of 13 days to charging and re-loading our crystals and stones?

The goddess who announced her presence to me for the coming moon cycle is Pachamama. The new moon is on October 15. The monkey wave, which lasts 13 days, starts on October 6th and ends on October 18th. It is followed by the SEED WAVE ... and then the EARTH WAVE and it all culminates in the Solar Eclipse on November 13th - which is the end of the EARTH WAVE, the day being MULUC 13, that is 13 MOON - on the NEW MOON day November 13th ... and Then, guess what? a LOVE wave starts!!! WHITE LIGHT LOVE - with the white sign of OC 1 ...

So, are you ready to play? Because the Monkey wave is about becoming the child we ARE ... it's also about releasing past memories of Atlantis, as far as I can see ... and I think it's the perfect wave to start working with our crystals on a new level now that the cycle of seeding has been completed with the seeding of the first crystal in Africa!

I feel that more of this kind is coming ... Kali told us she would like to seed a crystal at Uluru, Ayers Rock ... the seedings which will follow will take place at very special places!

Let's see which crystals would like to become part of this network and let's start working with them! We will need them ... and the monkey wave is the perfect time to CLEANSE new and old crystals and to CHARGE and inform them ... The new moon on October 15th is Actually a SUN day, Ahau 10 ... so this will be the perfect time for ceremony to initiate and add new crystals whith which we can then work during the Solar Eclipse, the penumbrar lunar eclipse on November 28th and then during the window of opportunity between 12-12 and 12-21 ...

When I meditated today, while looking at the Atlantic in my head was the word protect your chakras. My third eye was full of bright light. I bought it for the Clear Quartz Merkaba and we I examined it closer at home. I discovered the protection stones. I have learned to trust my instincts. here's a close up of a photo i took during the last full moon...if you zoom in the quartz ball, you will see saint germain wearing his traditional beard :)

weeks ago i was given the beautiful amethyst cathedral you see in the background and as soon as i held it i felt her energy so strongly, very feminine, i could hear her sing...i dont recall feeling that emotional towards a crystal before. it has a guardian spirit of the purple ray. I believe this guardian is related to lady portia, so when i saw Saint Germain in the clear quartz it made me smile a lot :)

Sarah, it is funny what you said about the weather as i was caught up in that stormy/bad rain and wind outside earlier on and i actually wondered if it was your emotions lol, this was before i actually logged on and your comment here confirmed you felt a bit emotional. so...rememeber, you are not only affecting yourself and the weather, but all of us your soul family ;)

i feel this is a good time to ground ourselves...to anchor our light. Some of us are evolving so fast spiritually that it can be hard at times to adjust physically and mentally to this light body activation...i will be eating chocolate, ice cream and watching a comedy film in moments :)

For me it's the throat chakra which is expanding and changing ... I am at home due this change. In the outside it's toss and my throat is sore - but I felt the cnage 5 days ago ... and now it is taking place in the physical ... I will pay close attention to the affects on my other chakras!

A cycle has come to a close and a new one has begun this full moon - for all of us at lightgrid, or so it seems, lol!
