INTRODUCTION-Chapter 1

How does one go beyond the physical to heal disease, or dis-ease with

oneself, and become a metaphysician and heal oneself? How do patterns of

thinking and unresolved emotional issues affect health? If one becomes

aware of the nature and function of the seven major chakras in the body, is it

possible to affect self healing? And if so, what are the benefits to

individuals and societies throughout the world? All of these will be

investigated in this thesis presentation. Accepting that consciousness

creates experiences allows one to choose a consciousness of health, which

ultimately comes from within the person. Creating purpose for your life

and realizing that healing involves getting in touch with and resolving

psychological and emotional issues connected to disease, helps one learn of

oneself as a spiritual being having a human experience here in the earth

school.

Bente (2006) tells us that diseases that are a scourge on our planet are the

result of the energy imbalance brought on by our actions and emotions.

Karen Danrich (1998-2001) says that the reason for disease on our planet is

because we are not vibrating at a level that maintains our original “light

2

code”, given by God. Our negative emotions, and ignorance to the reality of

our existence causes us to miss and/or ignore the very opportunities for

which we incarnated. This imbalance in energy distribution in the body due

to negative thought and emotion, unless corrected, can lead to disease and

illness. In my personal life, I continually have to remind myself that the

experiences in life always present me with the opportunity to develop higher

states of consciousness and awareness of divine self. I have experienced

the ability to self heal in the past and hope that researching this topic and

writing this thesis helps me expand my consciousness and further heal my

life, so that I can live an even more joyous life.

I think it is important to practice asking yourself in every moment of

every day, will this thought, will this action, bring about joining or

separation? Am I cutting myself off from the realization of God’s love by

thinking as I do? And, am I behaving in a way that shows my awareness of

my God Self? As I grow in this awareness, I will be better able to live a life

that exemplifies true physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and

thereby counsel others to empower themselves through chakra balancing,

meditation, and relaxation to heal themselves of any perceived illnesses.

As we are living in a time of great change and accelerated spiritual

3

transformation, learning of the chakras can help people understand how they

themselves play a role in creating their illnesses, illnesses which, in my

opinion, can be seen as a gift from God. Learning of the chakras can

provide a roadmap to recovery from disease. We can begin to take

responsibility for our own health by intentionally changing our

consciousness, resulting in the realignment of and more balanced flow of

energy through the body and thus restore health. There can be a reunion of

the mind, body and spirit when there is a consciousness of love for self and

others, There can be the realization of our own divinity.

Louise Hay, in her book, “You Can Heal Your Life (1984, 1987 and 2004)

teaches that resentment, criticism and guilt are the most damaging patterns

in thinking that lead to disease, while self-approval and self acceptance in

the present moment of awareness are keys to positive changes made in

consciousness to affect health. Welch (2000) says that the embodiment

process acknowledges emotions and physical problems as signposts of

transformation which lead one to discover the truth of oneself based on

his/her experiences.

It is my opinion that illnesses can be seen as a gift from God. One gets to

see him/herself as he/ she truly is. Something in the consciousness is

4

misaligned , so to speak. The person is likely not in a consciousness of

love, forgiveness, of self and others, compassion and faith and trust in God,

who is the Source of all that is good.

Chakras are actually energy portals through which the energies of

creation are manifested as they pass into the physical universe (Sharp,

2004). As these energies enter into the body they then flow out into the

world around you. Arewa-Shola (1998) says learning of the significance

And importance of the chakras we can begin to open to Spirit, and come to

better understand who we are, what we feel and how we think and change and

grow. We can begin to understand how our thinking affects how we relate

to the world. We can begin to understand how our perceptions of reality

affect our thinking patterns and resulting health.

I believe that if knowledge of the chakras is taught to children from an

early age in schools across the globe, the world will experience an even

greater acceleration in the evolution of human consciousness like never

before in recent history. People will become healthier, and aware of

themselves as spiritual beings having a human experience here in the earth

school, who know themselves as powerful co-creators in their world and

5

thereby enhance the evolution and ascension of our planet.

REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE-CHAPTER 2

As more and more people are becoming spiritually awakened, there is

an explosion of information about the nature and functioning of the human

body chakra system in the Western world. A review of the literature will

provide an overview of what self healing is, what chakras are, what they

do and reveal how knowledge of the chakras and changing thinking

patterns and actions can have a positive affect on one’s health.

Bente Hansen (2006), in her book, “The World of Self Healing”, says

that self healing begins with the “critical step” of acknowledging a sense of

accountability for creating what has occurred. Then it becomes the

individual’s responsibility to generate the conditions for self healing to

occur. People would no longer leave their health only in the hands of the

so-called experts in the medical and pharmaceutical corporations, which has

largely resulted in the disempowerment of individuals. Just as illness

resulted from a gradual process, so too must healing be a gradual process

brought on by improving all areas of life, culminating in a spontaneous,

moment in time, healing event.

Bente Hansen is a healer, spiritual counselor, Reiki Master, channeler and

7

ordained minister, whose book explains both healing principles and spiritual

practices that are necessary for self healing to occur. A person desiring to

self-heal must identify and create meaningful change in life by believing

and creating new thinking patterns, recognize balance in all things,

meditate, release limitations and eat healthy natural foods, while

understanding and overcoming fear, all of which are healing practices. The

spiritual principles involved in self-healing generate a trust in the self, inner

peace, loving kindness and positive thinking.

Pamela Welch, M.A. (2000), a psychotherapist, counseling astrologer and

healer in her book, “The Energy Body Connection”, reflects on personal

experiences that assisted her and her clients in self-discovery. Mind-body

healing modalities and vibrational systems like homeopathy, cranial-sacral

therapy, and various forms of energy healing are explored. She believes that

freedom, spiritual awakening, and healing can only be achieved by delving

deeply into the body and the subconscious mind to heal emotional wounds.

She favors disciplining the mind and directing consciousness through

affirmations, journal writing and meditation. In addition, dream

interpretation, working with healing light and spirit helpers can aid one to

realize more of their spiritual nature and thereby effect self-healing.

8

In her book, “Opening to Spirit: Contacting the Healing Power of the

Chakras and Honoring African Spirituality”, Caroline Shola Arewa (1998)

delineates and defines the seven major chakras in the human body system

and stresses being present and accountable to tune our mind into the present

moment and open to spirit to heighten awareness, extend consciousness

and awaken your entire being to the energy which animates and connects

you to the universe. Her book illustrates the common root of many spiritual

traditions through the mythology of Africa and West Africa. She also

connects Egyptian and Christian spirituality, as well as Hindu and Buddhist

traditions. The use of yoga, meditation, exercise, food, crystals and chakra

balancing are all used to aid in spiritual growth and restore and/or maintain

a healthy mind, body and spirit.

Loiuse L. Hay (1984), one of the most popular New Thought healing

guides and a great lady, in my opinion, in her book, “You Can Heal Your

Life”, provides the probable mental patterns behind dis-ease. She believes

that every thought we have is creating our future and that those situations

we create result many times in our giving away our personal power by

blaming others for our frustration, which can lead to illnesses brought on by

energy imbalance in the body. Yet, we can change our thoughts about our

9

past, forgive ourselves and others, release negative thoughts and attitudes

and restore health. Since what we put our attention on grows, we can learn

to think in positive present tense affirmations.

“Dossier of the Ascension”, by Michael Sharp (2004) explores, among

other things, the intellectual and energetic hurdles that must be cleared in

order to raise your vibration as the planet’s vibration increases. Disease is

the result of decreased frequency of vibration of the body brought on by

energy blockages in the chakras. We must go from almost total spiritual

darkness to spiritual enlightenment by throwing off the illusions of duality,

and incorporating our higher consciousness into our body. Succinctly

stated, He says that what we think of is where our attention goes, because

energy follows intent. We both believe that there are those who try to

prevent us from taking responsibility for our own energy by implanting fear

in us, and making us believe we cannot control our own power. His book

details the manifestation process, as well as the rules of energy

manifestation, including disease manifestation.

One very interesting book which I read is the “The Rainbow

Connection”, by Cristina Carlino (1999). She teaches that the colors of the

10

rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet) are the colors

that are associated with the chakra centers in the body, “that must remain

clear, balanced and open to the unlimited vision of God and our unlimited

potential to act as a spiritual channel for God’s love and God’s vision for

our lives.” (1999) The book is essentially an exercise in the philosophy of

life, color, and the miracle of positive energy. The principles of the chakras

are: self-reliance, self-care, self worth, self love, self expression, self

exploration, and selflessness. Specific tools and guidelines are provided to

help build a better and more profound life.

A similar book, “Color Crystals”: A Journey Through the Chakras, by Joy

Gardner-Gordon (1998) employs ancient knowledge and the healing

qualities of colors, crystals and gemstones, whose vibratory energy can be

used to clear blockages in the chakras. Although geared toward healing

modalities, this author wrote brilliantly and comprehensively about the

history of the fields of Psychology, Philosophy, and Metaphysics. This book

even explains the Kundalini energy that initially lies coiled and dormant at

the base of the spine until aroused. In addition, illustrative diagrams, charts

and tables are used to organize information for the reader.

A more resent publication called “Healing With the Chakra Energy

11

System”, by John R. Cross (2006) combines deep knowledge of anatomy

and physiology with Eastern concepts of living energy systems to forward a

more holistic approach to the practice of physiotherapy. Medical conditions

are treated with Acupressure and Reflexology as they relate to the seven

major chakras, their associatesd glands, hormones, nervous system,

musculoskeletal structures, skin, and the respiratory, visceral and

reproductive organs. People are healed by less traditional methods than

those typically employed by Western medicine.

To me, however, the more inspiring books were “Life 101” by John-

Rogers and Peter McWilliams (1991), and “The Heart of the Soul” (2001)

by Gary Zukov and Linda Francis. “Life 101” was a direct and candid

approach written in five parts. Esssentially life is a classroom for learning,

and it’s problems are opportiunities for growth. Once you learn to “accept

your life - greet it without resistance- you can determine what you need to

change in order to create circumstances and experiences you desire. (p. 279)

Carolyn Myss (1996), a brilliant teacher who has made a thorough and

intriguing contribution to the literature of holistic healing, in her book,

“Anatomy of the Spirit” presents an exciting new way to understand the

seven energy centers in the body. As a medical intuitive, she teaches people

12

to become aware of their body as a manifestation of their own spirit.

Learning the language of the energy body enables one to know what

strengthens and weakens the spirit. Her book, “Why People Don’t Heal and

How They Can (1998) explained some of the ways energy works, how some

diseases originate and how to hone your intuition to clear energy

disruptions and blockages of energy moving through the chakra system.

Carolyn Myss is among my favorite metaphysical writers and teachers.

“Sacred Contracts: Awakening Your Divine Potential” (2001) teaches that

the chakras are your spiritual backbone. She began to see energy in the

form of archetypes (Wise Old Man, Hero, Child, Mother, Anima and

Animus, Angel, etc.) which provide the foundation of our personality, drive,

feelings, beliefs, motivations and actions. “Sacred Contracts” is a powerful

diagnostic and therapeutic tool which helps you determine your

Archetypal relationship with your career, family, sickness, sexuality, death,

use of power, and other areas of your life, and gives insights that direct your

spiritual development.

One of the most compelling books I have ever read to date also came

from Carolyn Myss. It is called “Entering The Castle: An Inner Path To

God And Your Soul” (2007). The life and times of St. Teresa of Avilla, a

13

sixteenth century saint, are explored and guides the reader through a

mystical journey to the soul and helps one go beyond physical healing to

discovering “For what purpose was I born?” and “What is the meaning of

life?” Cosmic perceptual faculties, which transcend personal matters and

fears are transcended and one is able to gain direct instruction, guidance,

revelation and visions from the divine. The person gets to rely on inner

wisdom of the soul to guide spiritual development.

The book that held the most significance for me was Richard Moss’ “The

Black Butterfly: An Invitation to Radical Aliveness”. Why? Because both

he and I had a mystical experience involving a black butterfly, after which

life was never the same. Having read he book, I am now more aware that

whatever happens in life, perceived as either good or bad, contributes to

build the energy of our individual and collective transformation. People

make decisions based on their level of consciousness. And, that, it is a

profound breakthrough for most people to realize that they have the power

to heal themselves, not by a process of trying to solve their problems, but by

entering more fully into life as it is.

“The Complete Works of H. Emilie Cady”’ which includes “Lessons in

Truth”, “How I Used Truth”, and “God A Present Help” (1995) offers a

14

metaphysical approach based on Unity principles, which directs the reader

attention away from the personality toward God or Spirit. These books

demonstrate her unshakable knowing that, “God was radiating through her

as the fullness of what she desired”’ meaning healing from serious ailments

and financial supply. “There is but one Source of Being. This Source is the

living fountain of all good, be it life, love, wisdom, power-Giver of all good

gifts. This Source and you are connected, every moment of your existence.

You have the power to draw on this Source for all of the good you are, or

will ever be capable of desiring.” (p.33) This author was one of the first I

read as I became awakened to the nature of my spiritual self on a journey,

and she will always have a special place in my heart.

Though a small sample of the vast literature on self healing, this review

of the literature shows the main themes and ideas about which I wish to

expound in this thesis. This bibliographic essay yields much information

about the nature of self healing and offers tools to help anyone heal

him/herself of disease. Internet websites will also be used in this thesis to

uncover the valuable exploration of the power of the Self. Whether you are

healthy or ill, there are steps that can be taken to improve any area of you

15

life through the use of the awareness of the chakras. Metaphysician, Heal

Thyself.

FINDINGS-CHAPTER 3

Taking full responsibility for all we do and think requires a huge

commitment by the individual to learn the lessons from the consequences of

choices made which resutled in illness. Therefore, self-healing is about

assessing one’s inner potential to recover and perform at an optimal level

on the path to achieve your highest asprations. In a sense, one must breathe

more spirit into the mind, body, and emotions, while releasing tension and

negativity and gain access to their deepest essence (www.drmiller.com).

Since our bodies contain the blueprint for healing, our spiritual task in this

lifetime is to learn to balance the energies of the body, emotions, mind and

the soul. Understanding the chakras as energy centers vertically aligned

along the spine that run from the base to the crown of the head, we gain

more personal and spiritual power by ascending from embodiment of the

lower chakras to enlightenment of the upper chakras (Myss, 1996).

A brief summary of the basic principles and spiritual life-lessons

represented by the seven chakras are as follows:

1. Root Chakra: All Is One

2. Sacral Chakra: Honor One Another

17

3. Solar Plexus Chakra: Honor Oneself

4. Heart Chakra: Love is Divine Power

5. Throat Chakra: Surrender Personal Will to Divine Will

6. Third Eye Chakra: Seek Only the Truth

7. Crown Chakra: Live in the Present Moment of Awareness

The chakras and Spiritual Life Lessons that can be learned accordingly

are:

1. Root Chakra: Relates to the Material World

2. Sacral Chakra: Relates to Sexuality, Work, and Physical Desire

3. Solar Plexus Chakra: Relates to Ego, Personality, and Self-Esteem

4. Heart Chakra: Relates to Love, Forgiveness, and Compassion

5. Throat Chakra: Relates to Will and Self-Expression

6. Third Eye Chakra: Relates to Mind, Intuition, Insight, and Wisdom

7. Crown Chakra: Relates to Spirituality (Myss, 1996)

The dormant Kundalini energy lies at the base of the spine and ascends

the spine, energizing the chakras as it does, awakening them to the inflow of

Cosmic energies which descend through the crown at the top of the head.

When these two forces meet they generate a spinning wheel-like activity.

Cosmic energy seeks to embody physical matter while physical energy seeks

18

to raise the level of vibration and merge with spirit (Welch, 2000).

It is said that we descended from heaven along the rainbow. In those of

higher spiritual development, the collection of electromagnetic energies of

varying densities in the form of colors of light are seen to revolve at great

speed, thus creating the human aura. Our health, balance and Spirit energy

are thereby reflected in these colors. Extending 2 to 5 feet from the body,

the colors, textures and patterns of light reveal much information about he

physical, emotional, mental and spiritual states of the individual. Every

color and shade in the rainbow is present in the aura and each color of the

rainbow corresponds to a chakra in the body from root to crown. The aura

reflects the energy of the Spirit in that matter. One can use color therapy

during meditation to help align the chakras when there are blockages or

holes in the aura (Shola-Arewa, 1998).

Anodea Judith says that emotions are states of consciousness that are able

to close down the chakras and block the energies that flow through them

which can lead to illnesses. These emotions or “energy in motion” are fear,

guilt, shame, sorrow, lies, illusion and attachment from the root to the crown

chakra, respectively.

19

Consequently there must be a balancing of emotion and a consciousness that

one has a right to be here, a right to feel, a right to act, a right to love and

be loved, a right to speak and hear truth, a right to see and a right to know,

also respectively as he apply to the chakras from root to crown.

www.eclecticenergies.com/chakras/emotions.php

If one is experiencing a physical illness, one can and should learn which

chakra generates that particular organ, recognnize the principle of that

chakra and examine one’s life to see what issues are going on as it relates to

the principle of that chakra. Corrections in thinking and behavior patterns,

along with God realization can then lead to physical healing. Combining

the therapies mentioned previously can bring a speedy recovery from

illness.

20

DISCUSSION-CHAPTER 4

I contend that healing is a gift from God, a gift you give to yourself.

Doctors search for cures to disease and treat bodily sympoms. But healing

comes from within, when there is a consciousness of right-thinking, and

the underlying causes for energy imbalance are eradicated, by getting in

touch with and resolving the psychological and emotional issues connected

to disease. In a sense, bodily illness can be viewed as an expression of

God’s divine grace. The cells of the body are working together to provide a

vessel for soul growth. Illness has a way of guiding people into

understanding their own personal growth. By releasing from consciousness

old patterns of thinking, behavior and fear, while yielding to the flow of the

rhythms of life, health can be restored to the body.

While healing is a gift from God and already exists in the present

moment, it must be made manifest in the body. God exists inside us and is

waiting to flourish. Having basic knowledge of the significance and

function of each chakra, blockages can be cleared through effort and

meditation, by throwing off illusions of duality, using color and crystal

21

therapy, and incorporating higher consciousness into the body (Sharp,

2004). Effort must be applied to learn, and gain the state of “feeling

meditation”, perhaps letting go of the body and feeling into the area of

concern, even if there is pain in the area and allowing the pain to dissolve.

Some people who are ill can benefit merely by freeing themselves from

certain “group contagion”, from negative “group-think” that precludes their

ability to think for themselves about their own health and wellness. Simply

begin to train their thoughts on self-love and self-acceptance, perfect health

and their ability to transcend any apparent difficulty in life. By expanding

and liberating all of life’s aspects, including sexual energy, a person can

raise awareness of the world within and around, in every moment of waking

life, and develop his/her own unique universal being, leaving him/herself at

home in the “Self”. Then, praise others and stop all criticism. They can

stop scaring themselves with their thoughts and begin to be gentle, kind and

patient with others and themselves. (Japolsky, 1995).

When emotions become damned up, anxiety and tension increase, blood

and body fluids stagnate and disease sets in. Stress brought on by this type

of situation can cause all types of ailments from backache to cancer and

22

lowered self-esteem. A person becomes disempowered and a potential

victim of other people’s desires and expecations.

Many people repress the darker side of themselves and pretend to be

saints, not knowing that they are not whole when exhibiting this type of

consciousness, which can lead to illness. Any person can begin to heal the

dark or shadow parts of their own personality that are less beneficial and

refocus energy away from their ego back to conscious awareness of self-love

(Ford, 1998). At the third, solar plexus chakra, for example, rage can be

transformed into radiance by understanding the fiery energy of the solar

plexus chakra. Located just below the breastbone, at the base of the

sternum is positioned the solar plexus chakra, the center of personal power,

which is enhanced through the balance of that power. The solar plexus

chakra vitalizes the digestive processes, metabolism and the emotions. The

pancreas, muscles, nervous system, liver, gall bladder, and adrenals are all

affected by it’s functioning. Consequently, when blockages in this chakra

occur due to fear, physical ailments ranging from gastric ulcers and

indigestion, to hepatitis and liver dysfunction and diarrhea could manifest.

Even problems as arthritis, anorexia and bulimia can persist, when one fails

to realize that all of life’s experiences, even the painful ones, have the

23

potential to prod us forward toward better understanding of ourselves and

others. The fear associated with this chakra, when transcended with love, is

valuable to self development, even though it appears difficult. People tend

to fear being powerless as much as the fear being powerful. Holding on to

pain by not forgiving others, hold you back and not the other person. An

unforgiving spirit keeps you from crossing the bridge to self-love and not

the other person. It was Nelson Mandela who said, “Our deepest fear is not We are to overcome the seemingly difficult task of redirecting our

that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond

measure.”

energies away from the ego, which sometimes knows only it’s selfish

desires. We are to harness personal power without thinking ourselves better

than others. It is advantageous for us to begin to see the beauty of universal

design. It is an intricate cosmic web of happenstance that draws events into

our lives, which provide guidance towards the realizaion that we are one

with “all that is” (Japolsky, 1995). And, until the lesson is learned, a like

situation will be presented to us again and again.

24

SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS-CHAPTER 5

Thoughts that we hold in our mind create our experience. Ill-thinking can

lead to dis-ease with self, or disease in the body, brought on my negative

emotions and the resulting energy imbalance in the chakras. Participating in

one’s own recovery from disease is not only advantageous but esential to

healing, rather medicating and attempting to block the symptoms that are

signposts to healing illness. Healing disease, not curing disease is the goal.

There are a plethora of healing therapies and modalities that can assist one

in a speedy recovery from disease.

Further, through the act of selfless service, we begin to move away from

ego-centeredness, which creates tremendous disharmony in the world,

towards consciously working for the good of all people in the environment,

with or without the expectation of reward. We can accept the fact that all

perfect gifts, including health, are given from the Creator of all that is. It is

not from our pockets that the gift is given, but from the fiullness of God’s

hand that we receive blessings of health and abundance, and pass those gifts

on to others. We can and should do this mentally as well. God has given us

25

everything that we have, and we are to share those our God-given gifts and

talents with others. Any thought of lack or limiation in our lives cuts us off

from inheriting both material and spiritual wealth (Cady, 1995).

Everything in our existence is the result of our consciousness (Dyer,

1999). If we seek to have “God (Christ in you) consciousness”, and live as

if we are never not in His presence, we can generate and maintain health.

Anything that is not “all good” is “no-thing” at all. It is a lie. In fact it is

not real and can be characterized as illusion (Cady, 1995).

It can be concluded that the awareness that over-expression of negative

behaviors can lead to energy imbalance and invariably lead to

manifestations of disease symptoms in the body. Among them are:

insecurity, arrogance, conceit, vanity, aloofness, anger, jealousy, rage,

possessiveness, blaming others, self-doubt, constant giving in to authority,

resisting change, laziness, impatience, excessive worrying, over-sensitivity

to the opinion of others, intense erotic fantasies, feelings of being

misunderstood, shame, excessive need for sympathy and other less

desirable behaviors (Hay, 1984). Releasing these behaviors and states of

consciousness from one’s way of being in the world, one can raise his/her

frequency of vibration and restore health to the body (Shola-Arewa, 1998).

26

On the other hand, when one is down-to-earth, grounded, courageous,

comfortable in their own body, generous, empathetic, compassionate,

confident, sensitive, able to cry easily, creative, warrior-like, powerful,

faithful, spontaneous, loving and loveable he/she is in line wih divine

energies which sustain the physical body. It is then within a person’s power

to accept their reality or change it. When a person chooses to see the world

as safe and secure health is maintained. Making a conscious effort to not be

controlled by other people’s thinking or ideas yields personal power. Seeing

yourself in every person you meet allows one to accept both similarities and

differences in people (Shola-Arewa, 1998).

Others are a reflection of you. When you see someone you think you

don’t like, you simply observe yourself to see if any corrections need to be

made in you, and not the other person. That person’s presence in your life

has taught you more about you. There is something in them is just like you,

though you may have previously denied it. This type consciusness helps

one generate and maintain health.

Since we know that energy travels from the spiritual realm, affects the

mind and eventually crystallizes in the physical body, we no longer allow

toxic people into our lives. This helps to keep our vibration up and shows

27

that we respect ourselves, though we do not judge others. Elevating our

awareness keeps our thinking and body from being inflamed. Media and

doctors can assist our health but are not allowed to unduly influence our

lives. We no longer allow medications to block our symptoms and keep us

from discovering the underlying causes that created them. No one is allowed

to take away our personal power. We love the skin we are in, and know we

are supported by life. Diabetes is healed because the “sweetness of life”

returns. No more inflammation exists because all tension and anger is

released from the mind and in our body, since we no longer feel rejected,

stuck in the past, deep hurt, or resentment. So too vanishes cancer.

Creating a world where there is a sense of oneness with everything and

everyone will create a world of harmony, balance, peace and love among all

who live on the planet, which will ripple throughout the multiverse.

Knowledge of the chakras and of our potential divine selves will greatly

enhance health and happiness.

When we are made aware that we have this most amazing consciousness,

the ability to self-heal, the statement, “Metaphysician, Heal Thyself”, will

be a reality, all over the world.

"My intuition tells me that HIV Tests are designed to thwart the evolution of human consciousness process by identifying proteins in Human DNA, and blocking the synthesis of DNA with toxic medication regimes."  --Dr. Damian Q. Laster, Msc.D., M.Ed.

97 Percent of Our DNA Has a Higher Purpose And Is Not ‘Junk’ As Labeled By Scientists
POSTED BY NESARAAUSTRALIA  OCTOBER 1, 2012
16 September 2012   by Michael Forrester

After thousands of years of being disconnected from higher dimensional frequencies, our DNA is finally breaking free from old patterns which have been stuck in a universal time matrix. However, humans will soon know and understand why 97% of our DNA has a higher purpose and why its transformation is leading us into an awakening that we never could have imagined.
The human genome is packed with at least four million gene switches that reside in bits of DNA that once were dismissed as “junk” but it turns out that so-called junk DNA plays critical roles in controlling how cells, organs and other tissues behave. The discovery, considered a major medical and scientific breakthrough, has enormous implications for human health and consciousness because many complex diseases appear to be caused by tiny changes in hundreds of gene switches.
As scientists delved into the “junk” — parts of the DNA that are not actual genes containing instructions for proteins — they discovered a complex system that controls genes. At least 80 percent of this DNA is active and needed. Another 15-17 percent has higher functions scientists are still decoding.
The result of the work is an annotated road map of much of this DNA, noting what it is doing and how. It includes the system of switches that, acting like dimmer switches for lights, control which genes are used in a cell and when they are used, and determine, for instance, whether a cell becomes a liver cell or a neuron.
There is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes.
Russian researchers’ findings and conclusions are simply revolutionary! According to them, our DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body but also serves as data storage and in communication. The Russian linguists found that the genetic code, especially in the apparently useless junk DNA follows the same rules as all our human languages. To this end they compared the rules of syntax (the way in which words are put together to form phrases and sentences), semantics (the study of meaning in language forms) and the basic rules of grammar. They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages. So human languages did not appear coincidentally but are a reflection of our inherent DNA.
The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and his colleagues also explored the vibrational behavior of the DNA. The bottom line was: “Living chromosomes function just like solitonic/holographic computers using the endogenous DNA laser radiation.” This means that they managed for example to modulate certain frequency patterns onto a laser ray and with it influenced the DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself. Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of language (as explained earlier) are of the same structure, no DNA decoding is necessary.
This finally and scientifically explains why affirmations, autogenous training, hypnosis and the like can have such strong effects on humans and their bodies. It is entirely normal and natural for our DNA to react to language. While western researchers cut single genes from the DNA strands and insert them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically worked on devices that can influence the cellular metabolism through suitable modulated radio and light frequencies and thus repair genetic defects.
Garjajev’s research group succeeded in proving that with this method chromosomes damaged by x-rays for example can be repaired. They even captured information patterns of a particular DNA and transmitted it onto another, thus reprogramming cells to another genome. So they successfully transformed, for example, frog embryos to salamander embryos simply by transmitting the DNA information patterns! This way the entire information was transmitted without any of the side effects or disharmonies encountered when cutting out and re-introducing single genes from the DNA. This represents an unbelievable, world-transforming revolution and sensation! All this by simply applying vibration and language instead of the archaic cutting-out procedure! This experiment points to the immense power of wave genetics, which obviously has a greater influence on the formation of organisms than the biochemical processes of alkaline sequences.
This discovery also points to the significance of sound frequencies and vibrations in the origin of human life and the possibility that creation was generated by waves of consciousness. The Phantom DNA effect is a case in point: the energy field of a DNA sample remains detectable by laser light even when the physical sample is removed. At a fundamental level, man is pure energy. In Wave Genetics, the junk DNA functions at a rich infrastructure level of super codes and wave communication, realized in material form as crystalline structures–dynamic gene-holograms in liquid crystals of the chromosome continuum. What this model suggests is that the human gene is part of larger holograms (multiverse) of wave information reality. Hyper-communication, in the form of remote sensing, remote healing and telepathy, is definitely a part of the human protocol.
Scientists are aware that 97% of our DNA is, as they call it “junk DNA”. They call it junk because they don’t see that we have any use for it. Only 3% of our DNA is wrapped up in the spiraling double helix strand. During the time of the 75,000 year cycle when we are exposed to the most torsion energy waves and it affects our DNA by reorganizing the 97% “junk” DNA from a 2-strand double helix to a 12-strand helix advancing man in a leap of evolution.
Empty space is not really empty but filled with the invisible torsion wave energy at different degrees of concentration. Thus, as the stars and planets drift through the galaxy they pass through different concentrations in very exact intervals of time, with precise cycles that can vary in length from thousands to millions of years. As planets move through periods of high concentration of these torsion waves a transformation affects the DNA structure on the planet, which causes more highly evolved forms to more rapidly replicate than less evolved forms of life. Ample evidence of this is seen to occur through our fossil records which evolution has shown this to occur in sudden jolts rather than as a gradual process. The effect has been named as “punctuated equilibrium” by mainstream biologists.

"About the Use of the Violet Flame"

Excerpt:

I have to tell you that when you as a conscious disciple manage the Violet Flame, a parallel activity of the Violet Flame is initiated internally. This results in the vibrational awakening of your chakras. Therefore, each time when you use the gift of the Violet Flame you are asked not only to focalize your attention on what you want to transmute but also on the internal activity which takes place within yourself.

One of the consequences of the continual use of the Violet Flame is the accelerated awakening of all your chakras, you will, step by step, wake up in a different world from where you live now.
