Close your eyes, put on your headphones with Morning Music playing and begin to breath deeply. You know what to do....begin taking three counts in on the inhalation and three counts as you exhale. Really control your breath and fill up your belly full of air each inhalation. As you exhale, release all the air fully and hold the air out of the body for a breif moment before you take the next breath in.

Continue this easy, controlled breathing a few more breaths, then add an extra count. Now going to four counts in, and four counts out. Repeat 3 or 4 times and then increase the inhale to 5 counts in and 5 counts out. After a few more of these 5 count breaths, return the breath to normal and notice how it's slowed and become fuller.

Now visualize your spine. You have 7 energy centers running from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. The Chakras follow the color scheme of the Rainbow...so we will begin at the base of the spine in the first Chakra,it's tribal and it which represents a oneness, that we are all one.. all part of another. What we do effects one another. Now imagine you have a big, red ball spinning around at the base of your spine. Really visualize this ball and it's motion. Maybe you can feel it's warmth. As you breath in and out, you are breathing this red light and energy into the body and exhaling all the negative emotions and thoughts. Hang out here, visualizing the red ball, and think about you being an immportant part of the whole.

Next, move up to the middle of the belly, the second Chakra, orange. This is our power & creative energy center...visualize you are now holding a bright orange, spinning ball. Notice the feel of the ball... the feel is soft and warm. Now imagine you are completely inside of this orange ball...absorbing all of the orange light. Notice how this orange light makes you feel -- young, confident, playful.... Extending your arms outward and really reaching wide into the limitless orange color...create your own space inside this orange ball. Breathing in the orange light and exhaling any negative thoughts and emotions as you cleanse your body with each exhale...releasing toxins. See the orange light brightening to the most brilliant orange you've eveer seen...stay here in the orange ball as long as you like. Let the music spin you or the ball--while you think about how this orange world is where your Power & creative energy is..and think about how in the realm you honor one another and they honor you.

When you are ready, move to the third chakra...this is located near belly right below the sternum. Visualize you are holding a bright yellow ball....repeat the same visualization of this yellow ball, holding it in your hands and feeling it's warmth and shape before "getting inside" it and moving in the bright yellow endless light. Absorb the yellow light. This Chakra represents our Self...and we honor ourselves in this spinning yellow light. Breath in free and deep as you bask in the warmth of this bright yellow light. Feel an inner smile that curls the corner of your lips as you Honor Your Self. Stay here as long as you need. Soaking up the Yellow light and honoring yourself. Inner Smile.

Then, moving up the spine to the heart center, visualize you are now holding a bright green ball. This is the energy center of love. Love is all there is. Love is Divine Power. Love makes miracles happen. Now do the same visualizations...you are holding this bright green ball, feeling it's warmth before moving inside of it, visualize you are outstretching your arms within it's endless glow...absorbing the green light, letting it reach into each and every cell of your body. Love is all there is. You radiate love and you recieve love. You are safe, you make all of your decisions from Love. Love is all there is. Stay here for as long as you need. Breathing in the green light....notice how you feel in this space of love.

Now to the 5th Chakra, your ball is now primary blue. This is throat chakra -- of personal will and self expression. Visualize the same way on this bright blue ball. Hold the ball and really feel it before moving inside it to repeat the same as before. surrender here...feel yourself surrenduring your personal will to the universe. Surrender your personal will to Divine Will. Hang out here and breath in the warm blue light....feeling it infusing each cell in your body. From your head all the way down to your toes.

When you are full of blue light, move to the next chakra--your third eye--the space right between your eyes above the bridge of your nose. This Chakra is indigo, a deep purple-blue...Visualize this indigo ball spinning in your hands as you hold it. Repeating the same visualization as before. This is the mind chakra...where are your intuition and psychic awareness resides. As you visualize yourself holding the ball, move into the ball, and meditate on seeking only TRUTH. Stay in this blue space for as long as you need. Knowing you seek only the truth. And the truth will set you free.
