Archangel Gabriel Helps Deal with The Emotions of Change

What  a month it has been. I think everyone has been challenged. In  addition all our stuff is coming up to be dealt with. Changes that are  overdue are confronting us. We are meeting people or situations from  our past and memories are flooding to the surface.

This is all part of  the clearance so that we are ready for the cosmic moment. Don’t be  surprised if you feel emotional for fear, tears and anger that have been  long kept in check are being freed now. These are our own inner  earthquakes, floods and storms that are helping to clear and purify our  energy fields.  Feel the feelings and then call on the angels to help  you with clarity and transmutation.

If you do not understand why you are feeling a certain way perhaps this exercise with help.

1.    Sit quietly where you will not be disturbed. 2.    Focus on the feeling, whether it is jealousy, anger, fear, hurt, grief or something else. 3.    Remember these are inner child emotions and your stuck child still  feels powerless and vulnerable which is where the feeling comes from. 4.    Recognise that the emotion has a message for you and try to tune into it however bad it makes you feel. 5.    Ask Archangel Gabriel to enfold you in his pure white, soft wings and snuggle into them. 6.    When you feel safe and loved, Archangel Gabriel may give you more clarity or reassure you. 7.    Know that he is transmuting the feelings and replacing them with love and strength. 8.    Breathe in love, power and confidence. 9.    Thank Archangel Gabriel.
