WHAT IS ENERGY BODY. Each of your possesses a number of bodies. You are familiar with one of them – the Physical body – but less familiar less with so with the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. All these bodies are composed of energy, but the energy is not of the familiar electromagnetic spectrum such as light, radio waves or X-rays. The energy behind this familiar energy and behind what we call matter. It is not detectable by scientists instruments because they, too, are made of matter, and no instrument can detect frequencies higher than those from which it is made. This higher-frequency energy is the energy of the Source. It is the energy from which third-dimensional energy such as light is derived. But all energy is a continuum, and it in the form of unimaginable numbers of “units” each of them aware and conscious in their own way. These energy units agree to participate in higher order frameworks of consciousness, such as myself and the cells of your body. Energy forms what you and I are, and its awareness is the basis of our awareness of ourselves. It is what we are made of.
