THE AURIC FIELD

THE AURIC FIELD. In some yogic tradition there is the thought that when you are healthy and radiant your aura is nine feet in all directions. This means that where you are with others you are sitting within each other’s auras, yet this is not so literal. Let us say that before this exercise you started with your aura at three feet. Imagine that the space that you occupy is now four feet around you in all direction, or six feet around you in all directions, or nine feet around you in all directions. We know that some people can go way out into blocks, countries, or galaxies, but we ask as your expand your territory that you do so in a very consolidated way – in a way that is not diluting your essence but is just the right size for you. This may mean that you feel the need to expand or you may feel called to consolidate your energy rather than spreading it out. Do whatever feels the most comfortable for you where you are not diluting your essence.

When you are occupying you’re your space, territory, body, mind, emotions, spirit, your multidimensional wholeness, and your heart there is an exquisite radiance that happen. There is shininess, sparkle, opulence, luminiosity, and brightness. The purpose is to unhook or to integrate back into the wholeness the tendency or the compulsion to contract when someone else is contracted or to contract out of a desire for approval or for any reason besides consolidating.
