There are no rules, no right or wrong - just find out the best method for YOU to connect to us all with the help of the Violet Ray :-)

    We connect four times a day - 5 am and pm and 11 am and pm.

    When you have found out what ONE of these times is in your time zone 

    it's easy to find out what the others are - as they are evenly devided over 24 hours :-)
