Thank you for your kind comment. People often ask me how they, too, can communicate with the Trees. I don't have a single, simple answer. However, I often guide people to do the following:

 

- Begin to show signs of affection and love towards a tree or trees - like put your hand on a trunk or touch a leaf or branch

 

- Tell the tree that you are aware of its presence - of its consciousness. Give thanks and gratitude

 

- Kindly ask the tree to speak with you - that you are open to this; that you are ready

 

- Try to quiet your mind and let your energy drift into the tree and see what you receive back

 

- It may take some time and practice. Try to be aware of anything at all - a feeling, a smell, a fleeting thought , a vision, a color ... it could happen in many different ways

 

- Often the Trees will speak very simply - they may just say "hello, dear Friend" or "greetings" ...

Yes, the instructions are rather simple - I am a big believer that most things are "simple" and not overly "complex" ... but, as you say, it all comes down to the "doing" and the "process".
