I am sorry,Beverly,I read your post in "Let us Help"...There is such "Meditation on Three Candles",which cleanse aura.I use it when have similar to yours condition.You are just stressed out.So,you light Three Candles,whatever color and size you want.just sit and look at flames 10 - 15 minutes a day,any time which is convenient to you (if you want it like ritual,then try to do it at the same time)(I do it whenever I can),for 7 days.You will feel better almost at once,but the result will last longer,if 7 days.Blessings.
