As for your meditationtime question Sonja,...I realy can not attache Myself to a specific lineair timeline for it because most of the time (hihihi) I feel be-ing in timelessness and living in meditation too most of the "time"...do-ing living what my heart/intuition tells me to....so all the "time " I am working with frequenties/energies...as the violetflame too...and I also am sure to be connected to soulfamily do-ing the same...It's like be-ing in a permanent state of Love in action together and this is the background of my daylylife..It's a constant frequency of giving Earth back her Light. I think it's allright to be Myself here! or is it???

What I can say about shapeshifting is that I don't understand it very well. I can assume any form astrally and travel great distances in a moment. Each form can have its own strengths and weaknesses. The down side is it can lead one to be overly adaptable to situations and always changing to mesh with one's surroundings, affecting personal integrity and going with the flow a little too much. Such seems to be in my nature!

yeah they are really good to work with, its good to know that there are powerful cleansing energies for the 7 layers of our being,I also like to use the mahatma golden white ray with a tint of violet, i normally do that when i first get up.May i add you as a frient Sonja?
