Dearest sister, I have just been watching this video - is this you?!?
It has touched me deeply and reminded me of my own toning - which I now know I should do more often or better even regularaly ... the gestures as well have inspired me to follow what I have been guided to do already in the beginnings of my spiritual path - but forgot again over time: to follow my body's inner bliss and knowledga and let it express itself through my bodily movements and gestures - and finally my whole BEING!
This video was a revelation to me - THANK YOU!!!
