Hi Kathleen!Dear sister-I too am experiencing the same issue.Yes, I will send you healing. I couldn't walk up or down stairs yesterday or do much of anything but lay down because I hurt so much. Started at the beginning of the week.Weird huh that we are both going through this-I wonder if it has anything to do with what is going on with Gaia?Hot epsom salt bath will do you well and put some crystals in the water with you.Ask for your healing from me tonight before you fall asleep and let it come to you. I've been trying to do healing on myself and call in my Inter Dimensional Medical Team.It's my lower back,hips,buttox,thighs ,calves and knees.Whee is your pain?You will make it through this-I know it seems hopeless at times but we are survivors!Brightest Blessngs dear sister!

Thank You Kathleen!I needed those touching words. My husband had a colonoscopy today and many other test this week.I have been running myself rampit.Plus the kids are out of school. Things are looking up here. I've started taking attuements again and trying to raise my Light vibration. The next day after these you are exhausted as your body adjust to the energy. The FMS seems to be leaving me alone now for the time being as I do more spiritual work and healing work. My mind is elsewhere.Plus-I'm pacing myself more-I FINALLY DECIDED to let things just go through me. I can't be perfect-I have a new counselor who is awesome and has really helped me these past couple of weeks. Perfectionism is a sign of a poor self-esteem-I never saw it that way before-she pointed out many things within me I never thought about before-and it's helping.Plus I'm on Savella and have added MANY supplements to my daily routine. I have been sending you healing energy every night sister and hoping you are doing well and the pain is leaving your body.Have a beautiful day sweet sister!

Hi Kathleen! Sorry-I've been busy and caught a cold on Monday that seems to want to linger and not go away!I didn't do anything yesterday but lay on the couch.But ,I'm feeling better today!I hope you are doing well!How are all these new energies effecting you?How's your health?I start trigger point injections in August-have mixed feelings about them-but I have to get back to work!Have you had them?My therapist has fibro as well and she says they work wonders-she's been through all of the treatments-she broke her neck in a car accident.She said that this one worked the best along with Savella-which I'm on.My back and neck is just loadd with them.I'm certain you know what I mean-lol!Hope you have a beautiful day sweetie!
