Hmmm, what if you are "upgraded"? Your energy seems to begin to vibrate in higher frequencies and it is a rare gift that you are so beautifully aware of this ... Are you ok or is it going to be too much? Going out into NATURE should help! GROUNDING your energies is important - and drinking lots of pure and clean water - if possible from a spring ... and of course the Violet Light and fire will help you to eliminate all which makes you feel uncomfortable about the process!

Your description is moving me ... YES :-) - I have to admit that i do not always enjoy the process of upgrading, though, LOL! Sometimes it's pretty intense - as fpor example was the whole month of June. NOW I am regaining power - sleeping and resting much! The weather is not the best at the moment, so I am not much outside. I am cleaning the house, instead - not only symbolically :-)

 i've had an experience of being on a solo overnight trip to the slope of one of the most intense peaks here in big sur.  it is a 5,000 ft peak only 3 miles from the coast, which makes it the steepest slope in the states(excluding alaska and hawaii).    at night while tuning into the presence of this mighty mountain i began to perceive into its heart or hearth and could see some sort of council of large spiritual beings around a glowing core deep within some layer of dimension within the peak.  it made me realize how within mountains is where the ancients reside in these groups of benevolent presence.    ...  i feel this in the land here especially.

    there is a place down the coast from me,,,  Jade Cove ,,,  where there is a large deposit of some of the most beautiful varieties of jade just offshore which rolls in w/the waves...    i always feel this presence of large beings(as in very large spiritual beings)  that are standing within the energy field of this place along the coast.    they actually appear almost as gods to me w/ large pharoah like head dressess and pieces.   amazing power.    they are the ones who must be in charge of the flow of jade - down to each individual on the beaches jade hunting and what they find-     the stones that i've found down there hold the link to that power and actually some of them are so strong they have blown out my circuits.   one ofthese amazing grapefruit sized jade boulders i found is buried in the mountain awau from me and i know when the time is right i will unearth it to work w/ it...  not quite there yet....
