In the fall of 2004, we gathered from all over the world, thirteen indigenous Grandmothers from Alaska, North, South, and Central America; Africa; and Asia. We came together at the Tibet House Menla Mountain Retreat center in upstate New York. Within three days we formed a Global Alliance for the good of all beings
I would like to invite all women to come together in this group and SHARE their wisdom which they receive from their Ancestors! Let us exchange the SACRED TEACHINGS of our Mothers and Grandmothers and Great Gandmothers and UNITE in Sacred Ceremony from Time to Time. But let us be careful not to mix all teachings up!
Each continent, each country, each race has its very special traditions, prayers and gifts. Let us HONOR THEM!
