    I have been  to Mt. Shasta on several spiritual retreats.  One time I was with a friends who was visiting from Colorado.  When we drove up the snowy road, we were spiritually told  to pull over. We pulled over and went to sleep and felt no cold. The only thing  I remember is astrally being inside the mountain and my friend was pulling out some kind of map on a table and then we woke up back in our bodies. Where if seemed like we have been asleep for a minute.  If anyone wants to f/b or write me please do.
