The angelic realm is here with you to help you in your daily life. These Divine Being of God, when called upon, can help guide you in your spiritual growth and heal you. When you are having problems in your daily life they can send you their Divine Energies to uplift you and help widen your perspective and view the problem more clearly. They can help you in so many ways - but remember - you have to call upon them first !
Where the guidance from your spirit guides just seemed to effortlessly flow through to you?
Over the years, I've found that this guidance can take many forms...
Sometimes just the right words come to you in the moment...
Or you suddenly know exactly what your very best next step is...
Or perhaps you just feel connected... Radiant... A profound sense of alignment, knowing and standing in integrity, shining your light.
These are all signs, or examples, of what it may be like when you're connected to your Spirit Guides and allowing the Higher Guidance, Light and Frequency of Spirit to flow through you.
It really is an awesome experience...
One that with awareness and practice you can cultivate and call forth more and more.
It's been invaluable for me in my life to be able to receive the messages of guidance, support, and encouragement from my guides.
Especially in challenging or uncertain times.
And sometimes, these connections arrive spontaneously...
A profound experience with your guides, seemingly out of nowhere.
And then it fades... leaving a sort of void, and not knowing for sure how to make it happen again.
This is exactly what a regular practice is for... creating the conditions for continued communication and connection with your guides.
And so to support you in that... I have a new short guided practice for you today, to Meet Your Spirit Guides.
It's the practice I use in my own spiritual practice to connect with my spirit guides... and I guide you through it, step by step:
