    Hi Adrienne.

    If you go into support for healers on the second page. There are some good medtiation sound healings from Utube .  There is opening up the pineal,  chakra balancing, and a bunch more.  When scroll it is a picture of a square then a circle inside the square then a square inside another circle.  Welcom aboard love and light marci
