Thank you SO much Sonja! That is Perfect for me. I wake about 5 every morning and that is my meditation time, though I commune with Spirit as often as possible throughout the rest of the day. Is there a set time frame for this? From 11:00 to?

Thank you Sonja for your warm loving welcome..and yes, Spanish is my mother tongue so i'm blessed with being able to communicate fluently with two vast and very rich cultural aspects of our beautiful humanity.

My first day meditating was probably not very effective: i kept falling asleep! so that made me a lil frustrated.  From the comments i read here some of the members seem to be very experienced, so i appreciate any advice they have.

Thank you for the wonderful welcome. I have already watched Patricia Robles' video thru the Federation of Light. That is how I found out about the Purple Flame that I see in my meditations, and the St.Germain image that I saw one day in another meditation.  I loved it. And yes, have figured out the meditation times for my area.
