Hi Du lieber Engel, danke für Dein Geschenk :-).
Mir geht es auch schon besser, dafür ist Ralf jetzt dran mit Halsschmerzen ect. Er liegt schon den ganzen Tag auf dem Sofa rum ;-) Wir machen uns einen ganz faulen Tag, so richtig ausruhen.
Jetzt muß sich das, was wir im Seminar "gelernt" haben, so richtig setzen.
Ich hätte nur nicht gedacht, das es bei mir eine so heftige Reaktion giebt.
Ich dachte ich wäre schon dran gewöhnt mit höheren Frequenzen in Kontakt zu kommen, zumal ich die fünf Schritte im alten Systhem ja schon durch habe.
Dies jetzt ist wohl doch noch etwas spezieller...... ;-)
Apropo höhere Frequenz.... Wir waren gestern auf einem Autohof tanken und was essen. Wir haben es beide nicht gut vertragen, obwohl wir das Essen gesegnet hatten. ist schon auffällig wie schnell sich der Körperauf die inneren Erhöhungen einstellt.

Hallo Sonja, ich freu mich total über Gerhard´s "Erwachen" :-) das ist sooooooooo schön :-) Noch ein Krieger des Licht´s
Das Du Dich ausruhst ist auch wichtig. Ralf und ich haben gestern den 2ten Tag rumgegammelt, lauter schöne Filme im Fernsehn, und es hat gut getan.
Ralf hatte den Rücken total verspannt, da hat nichts mehr so richtig geholfen. Heut war er mit seinem Sohn Anatol unterwegs. In Hannover ein Motorad für den Jungen kaufen. Ralf hat es von dort zurück nach Grevenbroich gefahren (3 Std. )
Als er eben nach hause kam meinte er nur er hätte keine Rückenschmerzen mehr.
O-Ton Ralf: "Es gibt auch noch was anderes wie Mahajyoti - Motoradfahren!"

Hi there -

Been out of town in a psycho-drama intensive training for work -- lots of good emotional literacy and healing information, but energetically a huge swamp of 4th dimensional energy as people are interacting with internalized pain. I did 8 days of hyperbaric oxygen treatment before that to help boost my immune and fight candida & wow it really supports 5th dimensional integration. Been challenging weeks - but our connection is strong and I can connect more fully as I keep healing my own disassociations.

Happy December, Dear Sonja! Yes, I HAD Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, and the 4th and final stage of Adrenal Burnout. I was supposed to die/exit this existence. Spirit has other plans for me. It is mostly healed now. I just have to listen carefully to my body and Honor the need for Rest, Exercise in Nature, & Following my Heart. As a 1st & 2nd grade school teacher & healer, I worked 10 to 16 hours per day for 6 and sometimes 7 days a week at the highest risk school in Reno. I had the most cheery/emotionally uplifting, academically helpful classroom with the highest scores for my grade level. I also taught Life Skills to these precious, delightful children from parents on drugs/alcohol and/or working 2 and 3 jobs. Many of the kids were "on the street" without supervision after school. So, I also worked on their total well-being-all levels. With the 80% increase in paperwork for statistical verification in the "No Child Left Behind" Program, my workload increased exponentially. I just didn't have enough energy to do it ALL. I PUSHED myself to continue for years, because the children are so important to this world. I thought THAT was my mission. I was wrong. Spirit arranged a retirement for me to recover and move into the next phase, which is where I am today.
