Hi Catherine, sorry to hear the bad news. I myself have had many prolapsed intervertebrals since over 30 years. Only in the last years I´m spared.
Just now I would try "Sucking of Pains with a hose and Saltwater " like I wrote in my blog. It will help at least in some way ! BELIEVE !

I'm so sorry. I lost connection. I thought I could perhaps speak with you, while we were meditating. NOT. You came into my room and then after a minute or two I took you for a short walk along the Jordan River Parkway. Did you participate.

Hi Cathy, that healer on MYSPACE is not my friend, I only read something from him and other friends told me he is good. Here is his phone number :
(575) 910-0849 somewhere in New Mexico i believe ? I hope you will get him ! As I said that water healing will help at least a little to get less pains. I learned this from a Shaman healer and it helped my wife, my mother in law and me a lot.

I believe our get-togethers, with sending the violet flame, are at 4 pm, here in SLC. That's MDT. That would be 3 pm for you, in California. Our night-time meditation is, I believe, at 3 or 4 am in the morning. I only got up for it once. On Easter Morning, because I was going to a Sunrise Service. I don't know if that was before or after the time change. No one else was on it that morning, so I may have had the wrong time. That would have been mid-day in Europe.
