Sonja,
Thank You forthe wonderful encouragement! I have to go and do a sleep study tonight. I don't sleep well.......and they are trying to get that figured out along with my daily headaches-I think it's just symptoms of Ascension but I would reallylike for my headaches to get under control-it's rough having them daily especially migraines. So, I'm certain I WON'T sleep and will be doing a lot of meditation. Will send positive energy your way!; )

No, I havebeen off all OTC meds for over a month and the migraine meds make me sick-can't take them. I think it's trigger points in my neck and back.I go to the chiropractor weekly. They just did an MRI of my brain to make sure it wsn't something serious-haven't heard the results yet-but my entire family on my mother's and my father's side gets them.My father has them daily as well. I have tried the homeopathic meds/herbals-you name it. I even have a Trager team(etheric) I'm attuned to that help with Trigger Points but it seems as if they can't get them knocked out. I'm tired of being tired-lol!Thank you again!

OK......so I cancelled my sleep study and am definetly trying lemon Balm tincture. I'm excited. Thank You for the valuable info! That was an awesome testimony to the use of herbals!

The left side has been recovering for almost 25 years, but I still can not make sense of linear comments to take actions, and my short term memory is nearly gone. And this is from a former computer programmer. I don't know why? I've put that on my stroke. But I live in love a lot more. And I am peaceful with the way I am. Have no interest in going backwards. It feels like more of a gift than an injury. But who knows?

I bought Lemon Balm tincture yrsterday along with adrenal caps and Fibro-fighter and I take an herbal thyroid balancer. I've taken two doses and it seems to have helped but my stomach is upset from all the herbals. LOL!Thank You again-p.s.-it tastes awful-no kidding!

I think that would be a wonderful idea. networking is what a lot of the ning groups have been working towards. I am already working with a couple of networking groups. How would you propose to do this, add the links to our two group topics on abuse?

I can see already from my own experience where the twelve steps and spirituality can play a roll to a great degree in recovery from abuse.

Sonja-Yes.....I feel much better! THANK YOU so much for the healing energy. I also took another attunement yesterday -so today I'm feeling a bit tired. It was called Lightworkers 3 Reconstruct Template-pretty cool actually. Just takes time for my body to adjust to te energy. Plus it's a yucky day here so I already have a headache! BUT you have a wonderful Birthday!Enjoy it! I'll send you energy for a wonderful day!

no (sheepish grin) i have not :) i am horrible with time zones but i shoudl have looked - i won't hide the fact that i am crazy busy as well with working on the second book adn on building the unity site - is there a way those discussion can be sent to me - there will not always be times when i can be here at my computer - i work as well full time ...

but i do not want to miss out on the discussion here - or an orpprtunity to learn more as i continue to walk this path...
